There's a language that can't communicate time in, as in there's no 'now', 'yesterday', or 'tomorrow' in and no matter the amount of explanation you give them they don't know what time is, everything done is with respect to verbs, I sit, I eat, I'm satisfied etc. Only some after thorough tutoring understand.
But no matter the language you can still understand if given enough references, that's why Africans know things like eclipses, stars, Numbers or even abstract thought because every human being shares the same brain structures, it's why you can speak multiple languages, you can learn anything given enough time. Asia has over 2,294 indigenous languages which is more than Africa. They also have a higher population than Africa. Also, Asia was built on traditions and culture for example, China, Japan yet they are progressive and developed.
