Let them seize Russian assets first na. If they do it they will lose their properties in Russia too and they will also lose international support because everyone will know not to have business assets in Europe nor keep money there because if you fall out with them , they will break all foreign trade policies to steal your assets. So either way it's a win for Russia and another nail in the coffin of USA and her allies.
