Someone go just buy 5,000,000 units of Zenith in one go fiam while others dey find money to buy 1 cup of garri @200. This life no really balance at all. Reckon, it is time a lot of us start opening or adopting a foundation to help out as much as possible. 1 Like |

222Martins: I will not buy IEI over MBenefit at current prices. Analysis not for public consumption. - Negative shareholder equity. - Why capture one off asset disposal gain and not make provision for litigation loss. - Management expenses to Revenue ratio. However, TA it is not bad as most people bought above 1.50 but a no for me except for a quick JIJO. DD advised as alwayz. |

So they have suceeded in dragging Wema from 12.50 to a little above 6.00 and they are still yet to credit the RI that they said will be done in January. There will be a 2nd missionary journey. |

KayOn1: if the 5mill unit buyer gets asked what he/she went through in the past, it will sound unbelievable when you hear their tale. As for opening a foundation, you may understudy TY Danjuma foundation. Also consider requirements and tax benefits for setting up NGo under CAC to avoid/ reduce personal liability in the future. Universities/polytechnic (This may be a good time to payback your favourite lecturer / professor from your alma mater with research based professorial chair for the remainder of his/her tenure in that institution), Orphanage homes (to cover year round funding as pocket big reach), technical/ trade schools (open eye well or link up with a secondary school to fund a technical /trade school arm for interested youth), local hospitals are good beneficiaries. Another option is to speak with trustee service of financial institutions who work with individuals. you decide what portion of your wealth gets disbursed monthly/quarterly/yearly. More blessings we pray so we can be a blessing to this nation and the world. Experience: family home office project. 8 Likes |

222Martins: When do you think the bonuses will be credited to our accounts? |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by 222Martins(m): 3:00pm On Apr 26 |
Locotrader:That is left for the registrars to decide....But the more important question is: Why will the management of ChampBrew issue bonus at this point in time; right before or after the sale of Raysun's shareholding? |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 3:04pm On Apr 26 |
222Martins: I am still expecting another corporate disclosure from them on the change of Directors. The deal btw Raysun and Enjoycorp announcement will not be now but towards the end of this quarter 1 Like |

Meanwhile some people wanted to crash the price today but their 100k block deals were splitted just like what someone here said some days ago on Dangote sugar using Unilever as a case study. Abeg make una help me push champions to #5 only.My only request |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by 222Martins(m): 3:10pm On Apr 26 |
Locotrader:It is expected. Corporate takeovers and mergers & acquisitions is a very slow grinding process with lots of bottlenecks. 1 Like |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 3:14pm On Apr 26 |
222Martins: The way I see it.This bonus is only for the 14% minority shareholders.Maybe they want to meet the 20% free float requirement from NSE since they want to keep champions listed. My opinion. Q2 shareholding report will tell us more. 1 Like |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by 222Martins(m): 3:15pm On Apr 26 |
Locotrader:I don't want to believe you fell for that "100,000 block splitting" cock and bull story. It is strictly demand and supply driven................ |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by 222Martins(m): 3:21pm On Apr 26 |
Locotrader:Minority shareholders are just 3%, which is the free float. Akwa Ibom government with a 10% holding is not a minority shareholder. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Zagee: 3:29pm On Apr 26 |
222Martins: They are not making profit anytime soon(one production line), hence let us bribe them with extra shares because we know our share price will not survive what is coming if they have decided to go long with us. 1 Like |

Monday May 13 to May 27 are dates for closure. Qualification date 10 May. Seems the registrar African prudentials will credt these shares within the both dates. They are always fast in doing things.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 3:34pm On Apr 26 |
Zagee: I have IB shares too. They are the grandfather of losses. Let them give us at least 1 for 20 to console us. Even if I sell my champions bonus at #2,I will still get up to 3m.Its better than giving me dividend. Champions can go below #3 only on general bearish market |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by 222Martins(m): 3:36pm On Apr 26 |
Locotrader:You dey find N5 exit price Before i put my N1 in Champbrew, i did a worst case scenario analysis. Raysun last takeover bid was in 2022 at N2.60.. That was what reduced the Free Float to 3%. Raysun will have to factor in inflation and FX discrepancies before agreeing to give up the stakes they worked so hard to acquire.............. Like i said, na 10% of my portfolio i deemed it wise to risk in Champbrew; after thoroughly analysing the upsides and the downsides. This is to avoid running around on Nairaland crying like ChickenLittle Anyhow the pendulum swings, i will neither lose money nor sleep. 1 Like |

Zagee:Nothing concern us with production line or the bonus Na the Selling/purchase price of Raysun/EnjoyCorp be the ultimate decider of whether to go long or short. 1 Like |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 3:46pm On Apr 26 |
222Martins: It was around 5.5% when they launched the takeover bid at 2.60 but managed to get about 2%.The remaining 3% which we have now refused to sell instead asked for merging with NB.I am sure Raysun is ever ready to buy this 3% at #5 whether deal with Enjoycorp or not.Raysun can't sell a whooping 86% of shares they bought and heavy investment at champions at below #7. 1 Like |
