hairyman: From Anambra airport to Asaba isn't upto 30mins. Onitsha to Asaba is just 5mins Anambra airport to Onitsha is just another 10mins max. The Op has a sinister motive... imagine saying Anambra isn't safe on Mondays...unizik first semester exam is starting tomorrow oo. Nonsense 9 Likes 1 Share |

Appletek: What if they've few Asaba passengers? Will it be wiser taking many Anambra passengers to Asaba airport or Anambra state airport? What if he's the only Asaba passenger? My first time going to Lagos, I used GUO 7.30am bus, booked 1st seat but when I got there I realized there weren't many passengers on their 6:30am bus and they merged us. They changed my 1st seat and asked me to choose another because theres someone on 6:30. He has no excuse to talk rubbish abeg 1 Like 1 Share |

GAZZUZZ:/ Only God can decide when they will refund you. AirPeace has not refunded me since April last year. So don't hold your breath. Why book a trip on that one aeroplane wonder called United Nigeria? I am surprised that you didn't report any fights at the ticketing counter--that's their trademark. United Nigeria and Dana Airlines have no business in commercial aviation. There should be a minimum number of aeroplanes (at least 4) in a fleet before getting a license in Nigeria. NB: It is funny how people are defending United Nigeria. No wonder Nigerian consumers are treated like pieces of shit because they can tolerate anything. MTN, DSTV, you name it--they do nonsense and get away with it because of unsolicited and unpaid public defenders we have / 3 Likes 1 Share |

United Airlines is the most unreliable Airline I have seen in Nigeria. I have their ticket since December 25th and have not been able to use it till now. Every time I rescheduled the flight they cancelled it. 3 Likes |

You will be so surprised that both the initiator and 90% of the people contributing in this thread are all Igbo people using assorted monikers. Offline, they use ESN and UGM to kill and hound Anambra people out of their own state. Online they use Igbo Amala etc to attract hatred from other tribes against Anambra businesses and celebrities. Their hate against Anambra people is fuelling all tribal wars on Nairaland just to make sure they uproot Anambra people at home and abroad. Yorubas and Hausas as well as other Nigerian tribes cannot understand the dynamics of South East politics. Anambra people are facing the most hateful people that God created and only God can save us. The crime of Anambra is that they try to be successful. 3 Likes 1 Share |

You must be a paid spokesperson for this fraud of an airline. Can you see how you are justifying illegality?quote author=Administration1 post=129677777]Gazzuzz, inasmuch as The Airline (United whatever) has to be called out for their incompetence, non-communication and lack of customer respect, I'll like to correct a little mixups with your experience. Firstly the distance from Anambra Airport to Asaba is less than 1hour, you can verify this from daily commuters using commercial buses and passing old bridge. Secondly the Airline uses it's own coaster buses to convey passengers from Anambra Airport to Asaba, if they don't have enough passengers for direct Asaba, I have been a victim before( Where they failed woefully is not informing you guys on time) Least I forget, the airline coaster buses don't ply the old bridge, they use the new bridge and have armed escorts that sandwich the coaster bus(es). Pointing back to the distance of the journey, it is actually less than 1 hour from the Anambra airport to Asaba. For the refund, hope you initiated the process at the counter and your ticket is a full refundable one. General 2 cents: Not saying this is what happened bro, but try booking your flights yourself so all communication can get to you first hand.

folake4u:They're not bad. I've entered them before. The problem was that the OP booked an afternoon weekend flight which has less passengers. And it was very obvious that more than half of the passengers had Anambra as their destination that's why they dropped them off at Anambra and offered to convey them by road to Asaba. The rule of the thumb when booking local flights in Nigeria is to avoid booking afternoon flights. If all their 7am flights are booked, look for another airline or postpone your flight. The wahala of mid-day flights no be here. 1 Like |
