JaySterling: Looking through his file, madam has really entertained his frivolous questions for far too long. Look at what someone intending to travel is busy asking?! No wonder he was asking if 500 pounds is enough for expenses 500 pounds?! It's a pity he had to pay her back with that insult. To save yourselves stress, ppl like these are best left to read the entire threads from start to finish. So they can understand the logic behind what it takes to travel. 4 Likes |

These questions on the form can be quite confusing, the question that talks about how much you have in savings, does this include ur investments in Fixed deposit, TB or mutual funds or just cash sitting in ur savings account? When they r asking bout other income, does it include income from these investments BiyiTudors: |

Hello everyone, please help a brother. My wife recently travel to UK last year for a work. She live with her aunt and children. Plans have been on ground from day one for me to join her but I couldn't meet up with the deadline for dependents to come in. Which other route will be best for me to relocate to UK? Advice and suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you |

Nnekkyneks: Savings = money in savings/current/fixed deposit/domiciliary account + TB + Mutual funds Other income = money you make from side hustle, gift from family or friends, income (interest) from any money saved or invested. Hope this helps 2 Likes 1 Share |

emmaodet: You can apply for any length of time, but keep in mind that, particularly if you don't have a good travel history, they will scrutinize your application more than if you apply for a six-month visa. However, if you have a good track record of international travel, you might consider applying for a 5-year UK visa. 1 Like |

@Cashmadam, pls can u kindly shed more light on this? Also from all i have gathered from being here and from my mistake on my last applicationi intend to only include the budgets of the applicants alone even though i have 2 US citizens that will be travelling with us who dont need visa. I will include them as travelling along( under the family / dependant question) but will not include them in the budget or cover latter. I hope this is what is expected? Pls advise oooo. Thank you Nnekkyneks: |

Frankko2003:How does one mistakenly click student? If you guys need help can you stop all these childish lies? Onto your refusal, you did money lodgement to inflate your account. That you wrote a cover letter alone does not suffice, they must see evidence pointing to that and corroborating that. Then sort out your student story. 1 Like |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 7:21am On Apr 30 |
Nnekkyneks: I suggest you include them in the cover letter - as the US citizens will be travelling with you. In addition, you might need to include them in the budget - because they will also need tickets and money for other expenses. Why do you want to exclude them? Do you think they caused your earlier refusal? Kindly clarify |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 7:26am On Apr 30 |
Frankko2003: Sorry about the refusal. Build your account for 6 months and try again. You will need to prove that you are actually a student in Nigeria Avoid "account padding". Good luck! |
