After waiting 26 years, a 56-year-old woman has gained a lot of attention online when she gives birth to twin boys.

The remarkable tale, which has drawn in millions of viewers worldwide, was told in a popular video that user @vitamin_deb1212 posted on TikTok.

The happy mother holding her newborn sons was shown in the video clip, which rapidly went viral on social media, along with a cheering group of well-wishers. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

According to reports, the woman had last given birth over two decades ago, and had been yearning for more children ever since.

Her long-awaited dream finally came to fruition when, at the age of 56, she discovered she was pregnant – and to her delight, with twins.

Let's just hope they're healthy and free from conditions like down syndrome, because of the risk of congenital issues associated with females birthing at later years, especially >35 year old. Unfortunately, it takes some time of development to realize a baby has congenital abnormality most times.

Yes, but she can store her eggs/human eggs can be stored under the right conditions, for years even.

Maximum is ten years...which means she could have stored her eggs at 45 years, and gotten pregnant via IVF at 55....and given birth at 56.

A woman can potentially produce eggs till she stops menstruating, maximally at 55 years really.

It's the leading cause of subfertility among couples.
That's why the man waited..
He knows he can't impregnate a woman naturally..He had to be calm and patient for IVF to work.

Was a child birthed or not? What does it matter to you if she birthed naturally or unnaturally? This is how people ask if a woman gives birth through CS. WHAT is your damn business in that

You shame people for solutions you cannot provide. Let people live the joys they want. A man shoots his shot at 80 but no one asks why he does so. You say the woman is too old, what do grandmas do at the end of the day? Is it not taking care of their grandkids? I have fears for her about what a child can do to her health when they are teenagers and start making life decisions but I am not her doctor. Women are maternal, let her live her materbal instinct. Your solution to sleep outside does not solve her problem, so just leave her if you don't have solutions to her problems. You are not her husband and he didn't ask you for solution. Let people live with their choices, it doesn't need to suit you.
