StillDtruth:you keep quoting me so let me answer for the sake of others. The husband marries the wife, pays the bride price is referred to as lord and his wife, children and home are his. Now he can commit himself and all he has to God and becomes God's property. This is basic understanding I don't know who you were having a conversation with that told you women are the only ones affected by adultery but try and read my own post and response on the subject. For the sake of others I will repeat it, adultery is between a married woman and a man who isn't her husband, both of them have commited adultery. I never and will not discuss bigamy. Why, because I am not interested 🥺 and you can keep mentioning it. Someone will probably answer you. And please erase your false accusation, except you want to be held accountable for it. Erase everything that you wrote claiming I sad what I did not say. When you do that I will consider having a conversation with someone who isn't a liar or defamer. |

gohf: You dodged the question I clearly asked Does the husband own himself? You did not answer. Do you say that adultery only works against women? Cos your definition says adultery is between a married woman and a man who isn't her husband, both of them have commited adultery. So are you.saying that a married man who is with a woman who is not his wife does not commjt adultery? Do you say that God only punishes women for adultery.and does not/will not punish the man who commits adultery? And do you not to see that the adultery of the man still stands even though he goes ahead to commit another crime called bigamy? Whether you are interested or not bigamy which is explained as bigamy. noun. big·a·my ˈbi-gə-mē : the crime of marrying someone while already married to someoneelse Is already here waiting for you. And.we are talking adultery and adultery flows through all types of marriages, so bigamy, is in issue. |

Aemmyjah: Come to look at it, in the only case where we have glimpse of God's judgment on polygamy, when Christ peripherally judged the woman at the well, do we not all see that even though she had 7 husbands, let me say 6, even she knew that none were her husband even though she might have married them? And Christ was impressed by her acknowledgment of Truth? |

StillDtruth: This does not even rhyme with what we are discussing here, but still, if you understood what JESUS CHRIST was telling the woman by the well, He told her she had had five husbands (not seven or six according to you) in the past, (either she divorced them or they divorced her for a reason, or they died, we do not know) and the man she is currently with is not her husband because she is not married to him. John 4 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹⁶ Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither. ¹⁷ The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband: ¹⁸ For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly. Now, there was no record that she was married to the man she was staying with at that time, hence JESUS CHRIST said she told the truth that she has no husband. So do not twist this again. 1 Like |

StillDtruth: When you're talking from the Bible, do not ever use speculations. That's one. Two, you're so good at twisting the truths, and adding too many lies, which is why I'll always withstand, confront, correct, and expose your lies. Three, saying you don't care how many husbands she's had is underlooking the words of JESUS CHRIST, who said "5" while you added "2" and "1". Four, I am not a mad man, but you're dumb and daft... yea you are. Five, you trying to twist the narrative of what JESUS CHRIST said to the woman will not be allowed to make it look like He was talking about polygamy. Six, you should care to understand what JESUS CHRIST said and tell people exactly that, not twisting them. Seven, you're yet to provide evidence from the Bible to back up your claims. Waiting for your reply from this or any of your other accounts to make it look like you have the world in your hands. 1 Like |

StillDtruth: But you have been talking to the same 'mad people' while you were bragging and twisting the whole real truths all along… how come you don't talk to them now? Fall out back here fella… we're not done yet. Bring your evidence that it is adultery for a man to have more than one wife according to your lies that it was GOD who said so. Likewise, you'd have to retract your lies that Rachel was not GOD'S plan for Jacob, that, that was why GOD shut her womb, and also let her die during her second childbirth. I wonder how you could be so unreasonable and careless to level such allegations against the Almighty. SO, GET OVER HERE AND CLEAN THESE UP. 1 Like |

I wonder if there is any iota of truth in your mouth. I won't let you run off this so easily, so you've got to back up your words with Biblical proof. Veecruz: Do not lie against the Most High GOD in a bid to make yourself justified. GOD rend the kingdom from Solomon, not because he had many wives, but because his heart was turned away from GOD when he began to worship the gods of his wives. 1 Kings 11 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹ But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites; ² Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love. ³ And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart. ⁴ For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father. ⁵ For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites. ⁶ And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father. ⁷ Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon. ⁸ And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods. ⁹ And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice, ¹⁰ And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded. ¹¹ Wherefore the LORD said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant. ¹² Notwithstanding in thy days I will not do it for David thy father's sake: but I will rend it out of the hand of thy son. David got punished not because he had many wives, but because he took Bathsheba and killed Uriah her husband. 2 Samuel 12 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ⁷ And Nathan said to David, Thou art the man. Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I anointed thee king over Israel, and I delivered thee out of the hand of Saul; ⁸ And I gave thee thy master's house, and thy master's wives into thy bosom, and gave thee the house of Israel and of Judah; and if that had been too little, I would moreover have given unto thee such and such things. ⁹ Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in his sight? thou hast killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon. ¹⁰ Now therefore the sword shall never depart from thine house; because thou hast despised me, and hast taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be thy wife. ¹¹ Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house, and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbour, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun. ¹² For thou didst it secretly: but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun. ¹³ And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die. ¹⁴ Howbeit, because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme, the child also that is born unto thee shall surely die. Esau never tried to repent. He upheld his decision to kill Jacob. “And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob.” — Genesis 27:41 (KJV) Gideon made a mistake, not because he had more than one wife, but because he made a ephod which the Israelites went whoring after. Judges 8 (KJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ²³ And Gideon said unto them, I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you: the LORD shall rule over you. ²⁴ And Gideon said unto them, I would desire a request of you, that ye would give me every man the earrings of his prey. (For they had golden earrings, because they were Ishmaelites.) ²⁵ And they answered, We will willingly give them. And they spread a garment, and did cast therein every man the earrings of his prey. ²⁶ And the weight of the golden earrings that he requested was a thousand and seven hundred shekels of gold; beside ornaments, and collars, and purple raiment that was on the kings of Midian, and beside the chains that were about their camels' necks. ²⁷ And Gideon made an ephod thereof, and put it in his city, even in Ophrah: and all Israel went thither a whoring after it: which thing became a snare unto Gideon, and to his house. I wonder how you guys just make up things and lie even against GOD boldly! HAVE YOU NO HONOUR!? Look at the extent of the lies you packaged up there and pasted them against GOD just to justify yourself. I have proven you to be a liar, a deceiver, a mislead, and even a devil you always call people who disagree with your lies. I'm certain you do not read the Bible at all… you just follow the sayings of your pastors that still need to be taught themselves. IMAGINE!!! Veecruz, StillDtruth, come here and defend your lies again let me see, and know what to bombard your ignorance with. 1 Like |

Veecruz: Liar and deceiver, GOD did not accuse David for having more than one wife but for taking the wife of Uriah. OPEN YOUR COCONUT HEAD AND UNDERSTAND. How does it sound to you? You're given the whole cars in Elizade Motors, Lanre Shittu, all the cars in the Ikeja Territory, and then, despite all these, you now went and kill a poor man to steal the only one Toyota Corolla he is managing because you saw and wanted his car… how does that sound to you? You don't think… you just open your mouth waaaa to talk. I wonder how old you are even! Because you sound like a 2 years old. It is cool that Veecruz, Fayaball, StillDtruth have now finally come to understand, with our argument that It is not a sin, neither is it adultery for a man to have more than one wife, as long as he marries them legally, just as GOD had never in the Bible called it sin. But this is not to encourage anyone to opt for several wives unless you can care for them and your children properly. Likewise, no man, who has more than one wife should ever send away any of his wives because he is now converted to Christianity. Bring your family to GOD and you all serve GOD together. Peace. |
