Infiniteloop001: The school you do have funding for you have almost 38k deficit. How do you pay for that? No hustle will cover those fees, even indigent students take loans Check other courses as people have suggested. Look into the classes you can take that relate to what you want to learn in computer science . Push for funding opportunities. Don't get hung up about the title of the course the focus on what you can learn. By the way there are plenty of opportunities for those with Pet Engrg as a foundation and focus on analytics and all thing you are currently interested in. That you never worked as pet Engrg doesn't matter. 1 Like |

Hello everyone, Is it possible for an f-2 visa applicant to request for emergency/expedited appointment and they grant it? What could be a strong reason that can be given? |

Infiniteloop001: Yeah. Sorry for this mix up. But then again, it might be difficult to get into Competitive CS programs from a non cs background |

ogeoflyf: Hey 🤠 1. Those list of schools provided by @Zihno actually answered your question in terms of best MBA programs in the world but i can see that you are kinda not satisfied. ** Fine , you have indicated that you doesn't want Ivy league schools but the new MBA trends is now moving towards those schools (Ivy league). 2. MBA is now being pushed into the same ladder with Mass Communication (where you can master it at home via the internet , do distance/correspondence study or get the required knowledge from too many available institutions). ** I can give you more than 30 list of names of internationally recognised business moguls (from Nigeria to the rest of the world) who did not have formal or advanced or business related education not until they become multimillionaires and high-flyings in their businesses. 3. Hence , USA (and the rest of the world) is now moving away from the commonplace MBA into STEM-MBA . The commonplace MBA certificate is now being treated as a constant guest except it is gotten from a premium institute (like those listed by @Zihno). 4. Google search Public Research Universities in USA. Pick the schools one by one and email their graduate business schools for your MBA enquiry. USA have more than 5,000 Universities. They would be glad to guide you all through application process and requirements. No matter the school you pick, GO WITH STEM-MBA Best Wishes 🙏 2 Likes |

ogeoflyf: An MBA is a useless generic degree. The only way to get any value from an MBA program is to attend any of the prestigious MBA programs. The ones I listed are among the best in the world. You asked for the best and I gave you a list that mirrors that. Be thankful. 1 Like |

UnfairLife7: Don't log in more than 3 times in a day. You can do early in the Morning between 8:00 - 10:00 AM, in the evening and late at Night. Joining date search groups also help as some other person can log in at other times and if there are favorable dates, the person will share. Someone shared favorable dates sometime here. I wish people can share information here as some of these groups created, I have come to discover are actually owned by individuals and one way or the other you might be lured into patronizing their services as they have mastered that art. So be very careful of the group you join, make sure the group is purely for date search. 1 Like |

yomm45: Hey 🤠 1. Yes it's very possible. 2. Strong reasons can be ; On medical ground, On emotional ground, On your personal security ground, On family (kids) ground, On request (by the host-institution in the USA) ground. 3. However , You cannot travel to the USA before the F1 visa holder . Best Wishes 🙏 |

Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 17 by OyoTunjiUSA(m): 6:05pm On Apr 29 |
Preshy2004: Hey 🤠 1. Those schools you applied to will never respond positively to you because you have not even submitted 45% of the graduate admissions requirements. 2. Even the conditional offer letter you are seeking won't be granted to you until they receive your unofficial transcripts which is not even available to you right now . 3. You do not actually need your certificate to apply but the most important of your academic documents which the USA schools are waiting for is your transcripts which won't be available to you until after graduation . 4. You won't be deported from the UK if you do not entangle yourself in trouble and USA is not running away. Therefore , cool down till after graduation and process Spring 2025 admissions with complete credentials . 5. Eventhough you have to come back to Nigeria after graduation, you have already achieved the feat of graduating from a UK institution which will make the USA embassy trust your post graduation story. 6. Attempting to obtain your credentials from your present school in the UK prematurely may result in incomplete or inaccurate cgpa gradings . 7. You have a cool international academic profile already (after graduation). Don't ruin your USA F1 visa opportunity with conditional admission. Don't settle for less. Best Wishes 🙏 1 Like |

ARISTOCRATDAMMY1: It is an erroneous belief that an MBA degree is outdated or irrelevant. What should be considered is the value and quality of education received and from which educational institution. An online MBA will never compete with a physical hands-on classroom MBA. The difference in fees tells a lot. Let's not even talk about the practicum! If you choose to advance your career with an MBA degree, by all means do so. Do not be swayed by ill advice. Your duty is to prove you have no immigrant intent and you satisfy the requirements to obtain an F-1 visa! 2 Likes |

OyoTunjiUSA: Hello OyoTunjiUSA I have read through a lot of threads, enquiries and your responses which are very helpful. THANK YOU!! I have an F1 admission with full funding in an American university and I'm supposed to start my program in August. I am starting the process of filing my DS-160 application form and I am expected to choose which location between Abuja and Lagos to apply to take the visa interview in. 1. Which of these locations has a better chance of securing a date for interview, as well as of securing an approval for the F1 visa 2. I intend to add my wife on my application, how do I go about ensuring that she is also granted a visa to travel with me? |

Good day everyone, please my case is a peculiar one and I need urgent reply. So my wife got an MBA admission with 80% scholarship & GA. Initially we were to go with our son and this was captured in our i_20 but now I got a big project in Nigeria and we resolved that I won't be joining her for the time being. My question now is that, do I need to request a new i-20 since she would be going for the interview alone and secondly should I pay for my son's mrv(he's 3years old) so he accompanies her down or it's best she goes alone? |

wyzdomania: Hey 🤠 * A2A * ** Thank you for the pat on the back. All glory belongs to God. 1. In my personal (not offiicial data) experiences , Lagos has more population of visa applicants than Abuja, therefore securing visa appointment dates (Abuja) might be a little easier than Lagos. 2. In terms of Visa Issuances for both location , i won't state my personal preference here in order to avoid unhealthy debates or rivalry jostles. But the truth is that if you say 1+1 equals = 10 in Abuja and come to Lagos and claim same , then such person will keep failing in all USA embassy locations until he or she got the real answer which is (= 2). 3. Your 2nd question is dicey and incomplete . I don't know your academic pursuit (PhD/Msc/Bsc), i don't know your profiles , work histories, visa application histories, etc. But you don't have to write all those in the open . If i have a clue of the aforementioned info then i can guide you according to my personal experiences and private research. 4. Until then, you may go back to the beginning of this thread and comb the pages for related questions and answers. Best Wishes 🙏 |

OyoTunjiUSA: Thank you so much once again for the prompt response. 1. I am going for an Msc program. 2. This is my first ever visa application and overseas travel attempt 3. I am going for a program that is slightly different from my work history on paper, but I have been able to establish a link from my intended course of study to my work history so far (which at least made sense to the professors at the school I'm attending) How can I get your personal preference about the visa issuances? I would love to hear it |
