So this is deal with English and some of their funny spellings: Those words have their origin from another language, so it comes with different rules of spellings.

But i think this one is correct

it's pronounced as O-U-T,
but some people do pronounce it as A-T which is not right.

It is pronounced as hou se but without se as in hout. Diphthong /ร แปฅ/ plus consonant/t/. /ร แปฅt/

How about ONE, which sounds like WAN/WON and should've been written as WAN/WON

TWO which sounds like TOO/TU/TOU, and should be written as such
