This is funny as hell. That's crazy, is your setup that rigid? Because two months is a lot of time. You know too many rules affects setups too. I had to adjust mine a little too, because I was initially always waiting for reaction at my zones only before, but then the reactions will form before getting to where I was waiting and market won't even give me opportunity to join before heading to TP direction.

Baba, I adjusted ni o, so I won't be in hurry to trade because the pattern mush sha form daily. I've even reduced my pairs sef to just 8, as time goes they will be reduced to maybe EU, GU because of lower spread.

Frustration of not seeing trade for some days can make one fomo on some not too properly formed setup according to one's strategy.
This a current trade I'm closing soon because of the upcoming news. Once my alarm comes on by 1:25pm, I'm closing all trades asap. News disrupt my trading style already, so I'm mostly getting trade opportunities on days there are fewer news.

Me sef don confess here before say forex easy. I saw something different in the market, and did something different and I was getting nice result and I shouted forex is easy. But right now, forex is hard, because wetin I dey do b4 no work again . Frustration wan drown person .

If the 1% or 5% wey dey get am clearly say e easy, e easy for them o, but the remaining 99% or 95% that are losing are saying it is hard. So, since it is often the majority (highest percentage) that always carry the vote, lets agree to disagree (for now) that forex is hard.

I can relate also, when a cousin was teaching me how to drive, he kept saying it's easy but to me then, it wasn't at all. I even damaged the front bumper when I was accelerating instead of matching break. But now, I can even drive with one hand from Lagos to Abuja.

The koko be say, we will all get there, when we will all get there is the difference. I'm also still struggling with trades sometimes. Mistakenly closing out trades, seeing two trading opportunities and choosing one instead of the two, only for the chosen one to fail and the abandoned one heading to TP. So many rookie mistakes I still make. But the belief that it's easy is the only reason I'm still pushing.

Omo, see where you drift my mind to o - driving. Same with me, instead of applying brake, I throttled harder, at a cross road. Na so front bumper design the two doors of the passenger side of the car crossing ahead of me . My old man getting to the scene after news filtered to him that I have bashed his car, just shrugged and said, "Hmm, younger drivers," with a smile on his face.

Woke up few minutes ago and look at the outcome, easy 1:2risk-to-reward missed like that because I didn't want to FOMO. That's the psychological battle with this thing, the next trade comes and you wanna jump straight right in because of the last one you didn't jump in worked well. A strong psychology is what will make you not bend your rules no matter what.

That's the battle I'm currently facing. Staying true and 100% strict to my rules. I haven't broken any rules for two weeks now. I hopefully I can continue this way till it becomes second nature to me.
