MrMagnetic: You can screenshot a few of the things you have done. You can also include evidence of monies paid to you for job done. The narration of the payments should help. 1 Like |

My current student dependent visa expires this month. I’ll be applying for a skilled worker visa under the new entrant( working towards being chartered option). Been given 3 years, does the time already spent on my current visa count towards the maximum 4 years condition for new entrant ? |

Is Anyone in the same boat? Anyone with COS given before 4th April and only just making use of it for visa processing? Guidance Needed 👇🏾 My COS was issued March 28th; just before the new rules of 4th April....SOC changed as well based off new rules....Now my question is, when inputting my SOC on the visa form, do I follow the old SOC code stated on my COS, or do I search for the new code and fill the new code? Anyone in same boat. How did you go about yours? |

Bacteria8: It depends 1. How long is she staying for ? 2. Is her accomodation and feeding supported ? Usually it’s £100 per day don’t know if that has changed But provide more details so we can advise appropriately 1 Like |

MrMagnetic: It’s best to make your application clean and straight forward. The amount of money is somewhat immaterial initially. They look at your disposable income. How the money was accumulated and what % of the disposable income is going to finance this trip. |

Please is it okay to submit only 3 months bank statement? Will this be an issue? The inflow in the account prior to the 3 months was not consistent. |

Hello all! How do I go about booking an appointment for a visit visa? I have been checking for over a week now and all available slots this month are either prime time or premium, all assisted. No slots at all in June. Please, Is there any chance at all of getting a regular self service appointment soon? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Thegamingorca(m): 6:16am On May 04 |
Preshyi: For a first application I will recommend minimum of 4 months. Same thing I did back then. Although when I did apply I had a reason to travel to the UK other than visit. |

@Cashmadam

Please see the attached refusal letter. What can I do to improve this my people? Should the company put the money in her account? Does the difference between her earning and the amount the company is using to sponsor make it look suspect? She works in a legit company but their salary I must say is low and we didnt put her salary account statement with the application though we put 6 months pay slip and the company's letter detailing they will sponsor her. Please help |

Hello everyone, I received collection email for my parents visiting visa but I have not received any decision email. Please when should I except refusal or approval email from UKVI?. I'm really worried. I paid for DHL to the east so I'm expecting it by Tuesday but I would like to know the outcome before they get the passport. Is there a way to know before getting the passport? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 11:55am On May 04 |
TobyTreasure: If you received only collection email, then they most likely got the visa. The refusal email is usually sent after the first collection email. Keep us informed. 1 Like |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 11:56am On May 04 |
Preshyi: It might work. I've never used less than 6 months and can't say for sure if three months will work. You can risk it and share your experience with us. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 11:58am On May 04 |
Macccc: Pick a slot that is not greyed out. It looks like prime time / flexi but most are not. You will be asked if you want to upgrade. Just say no and check out. You won't be charged any money. Check all the boxes not greyed out - usually 8.30am slot. |
