Nice. But surveillance drones would be more economical, safer and combine more capabilities. 1 Like |

Re: Helicopters Providing Aerial Support For Abuja-kaduna Train Passengers - Police by unclejb2(m): 3:02pm On May 04 |
Who is funding this daft move. This means that the government has accepted that the bandits are untouchable. Instead of ending banditry and terrorism, they are financing their corrupt lifestyles through the insecurity. The cost of that helicopter for each trip would be equivalent of halve the fare realized from the train trip. Shame 2 Likes |

Supremos:What if Bandits shoot down the helicopter? For how long will this continue? Or was this done because of a VIP in the train? Is this the best solution? |
Re: Helicopters Providing Aerial Support For Abuja-kaduna Train Passengers - Police by noobody(m): 3:02pm On May 04 |
heklcoon: Try and see at least one good thing about the development!! Last known location of the aircraft before the blast, and also defiantly the train is been tracked at the base station. Also the good thing is tactical response would be quick Unlike having to search a wide area, they know where to begin. But if Na USA or western country una see this kind thing, una go dey hail them. |

Re: Helicopters Providing Aerial Support For Abuja-kaduna Train Passengers - Police by bobbiiee: 3:10pm On May 04 |
Is it sustainable in the long run? How will the cost of helicopter assistance be factored? With the rate at which they crash, do we have other good security options that can be engaged? |
Re: Helicopters Providing Aerial Support For Abuja-kaduna Train Passengers - Police by Elusive001: 3:16pm On May 04 |
Supremos: If this is true, then we are not serious in this country at all. Do you understand that operational cost of keeping chopper air borne as long as the trains run? This is pure undiluted madness. Which road on earth is currently manned this way? For how long will this continue? Even Afghanistan roads were not manned this way!! Who pays for this? How will the train service make any profit to pay back the loan? What?!!!??! Whom did we offend in this country? 1 Like |

gungab: If you do, you will need to feed them, they will enjoy the sits on the train and be sleeping on duty and some will start asking passengers " anything for bois " HBB1: You are thinking well. Then anything that looks like a threat that tries to get close to the train, shoot first, ask questions later |

Re: Helicopters Providing Aerial Support For Abuja-kaduna Train Passengers - Police by GloriousGbola: 4:17pm On May 04 |
Supremos: They have not arrested the support. These robbers have inside men in NRC. They have people who provided fuel. They have cooks. They have an entire support network. They even have police and soldiers on their payroll. This is not enough 1 Like |
