achorladey:The basis for comparison is that savings u have to send to Nigeria that you talked about. Husband and Wife with household net income of 2800 can still afford to easily send 588pounds(1millionNGN) back home monthly for whatever project they have(which is conservative because they wont stay on minimum wage forever and many people even earn above minimum wage). No let anyone whine u say say rent dey expensive, person wey dey from ikorodu go VI everyday in Nigeria, e reach UK e say e no fit stay 45minutes away from his office. Na him dey find weytin no lost 7 Likes 3 Shares |

Rexymania:When you run away from southern Nigeria because of insecurity and tribalism, the Jihadists take over the position you vacated. They adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal laws and ushered in Boko Haram purposely to bring insecurity to make you JAPPA from southern Nigeria. |

Kemistri3: Doctors have their salaries scaled up significantly as they progress up the ladder. A junior doctor wage is valued at 36 k so this is nearly not enough to deter ppl especially healthcare professionals from coming over 1 Like |

NeckingNgulping: Average monthly rent in UK is £1,200 (london x2 that amount), average utilities is £200, £35 for internet, phone around £40, groceries around £500 monthly for a family of 3, and average bus and tram pass (for 1x person) for a month is £100 That's £2,075 Given the average annual salary is £40,000 for full-time jobs and the monthly net is averagely £2,693, your leftover is: £2,693 less £2,075 = £618, or £20 per day. This doesn't include clothing, toiletries, movies, haircuts, gate passes, rentals, health, insurances, entertainment, savings, gifts, etc 4 Likes 1 Share |

Kemistri3: Great income. My guy spends only 100 pounds on food out of 1900 pounds per month. He saves more than 1000 pounds per month. Isn't that a good bargain? I will still go to the UK. Rubbish people talking nonsense about UK. Your month salary go buy motor for UK. Can your own do that in Nigeria? 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Kingrshd3: Exactly, Nigeria remains a country that God still loves and even blessed without any Tsunami, earthquake etc... A county that other developed countries see as a rich country because of the kind of money our politicians run to keep on their banks.. Imagine up till now, Abacha's loots are still yet to finish, Government of Buhari borrowed loans from the loot of Abacha to run his government...lols Nobody is talking about Buhari's loot now because it was part of the agreement signed , until an opposition comes to Government now, that's when we will know howfar.... Just try to work hard and get money or be comfortable in Nigeria....so many people have moved on because it is a cycle. 1 Like |

AirBay: If you don't have money, UK is more enjoyable. The reason is because they have a social welfare system that pays the unemployed a monthly stipend. The reason they can afford to do that is because they have a population of 70 million with an annual, budget of 2 TRILLION POUNDS STERLING. 3 Likes 1 Share |
