Pls i need help. My corolla hatchback 2003 manual drive have issue of hard start. My electrician said the car brain box is not its actual brain box cus the cold start switch not working, temperature and slow not working as well. Even the oxygen sensor if connected the car jerk so it’s left unconnected.
Pls help with a matching brain box that will make the car work properly again.

He came up with PE19 18 881A saying it will be compatible with my car.

Mine is PE2K 18 881L.

Guys pls help me confirm if I should go for it or stay away.

PE19 18 881A is for 2014-16 models.

I've run checks, matching your supplied VIN to the ECU's that would be fitted to your car. You have a choice of two, both are compatible. The part numbers are as follows:

1) 89661-02D01.
2) 89661-02D21.

The numbers should be on the casing, and the ECU is located at the right-hand side of the dash, in a left-hand drive car. For reference, an image of choice #1 is shown below:





Any numbers, other than the ones posted above, will not run your car.
