All depends on how u look at it. But for me everything is wrong from moving from a better place to a bad place..

There are more successful people in those places mind you. A friend of mine moved to Ivory coast while I moved to Lagos but he built house before me.

It's unfortunate that Nigerians are thinking of traveling to these countries.
We have a country that one who can't feed him/herself properly and will have the guts to be siding with corrupt politicians and posting rubbish online.
To me that act is just organic and irredeemable wickedness.
Some people will call it just catching cruise. How can an adult be catching such cruise?

Togolese loves Nigerians and Anago is used to refer to the Yoruba's, its not an abusive word. Nigerians are diabolical too. Togolese are friendly and very accomodative angry

Just as the Yorubas call them agoyin.

By the way, is it agoyin or aganyi?

I'm against relocating to countries that are just like Nigeria!

If you're tired of your current state or city in Nigeria, just relocate to a better one!!

English/Pidgin English and Population advantage is lacking in Benin Republic,Togo and Ivory Coast.

I quite agree with you.

There are so many places to explore, right here in Nigeria.
Unless one is traveling (to other African countries) just for visits/vacation.

Those are French speaking countries. So its best to learn french. Also connect with the Nigerian community.
CFA is higher now which is a plus if you earn over there.

if you need naira swaps to in Togo, Benin or Ivory Coast and across Africa, use Passportmonie

If you keep on having this mentality you go wait tire.Sometime it’s not all about money but experience which is very important when applying to most of these advance countries.

Mind you most of these francophone countries are well organized and structured unlike Nigeria .
They have Good roads,security ,electricity,
100k naira is now 40k Cefa

First of all , just know that the Naira is really down now , if you have 1 Million Naira, you can not get 500k CFA .
A Simple single room ( NOT self-contained ) in a good area is more than 10 k per month. ( Togo )
Business wise Togo is like any other African country.
But if you have enough money to rent a shop and do motor cycle spare parts business , you will make it.
There are many Igbos doing the spear part business.
Clothing is a bit slow now but you can still check it out with the Igbos at the Assiyeye Market.
Generally Togo is a peaceful country.
I didn't mention some other business because the Zarma people from Niger Republic control most of the business in Togo !
If you are an Igbo man , you can go into Nigeria Igbo food business.
I was in Togo before relocating to Ghana .
Even Ghana is not easy !
NOTE . Some landlord don't like renting house to Nigerians especially young guys. Just like in Accra . Because they always complain that if you rent a room to one person, the person will now bring many friends to stay together.😎😎😎

Another sensible Nigerian that has woken up to smell the coffee. He is not among the pathetic few who still believe and hope that someday the British contraption they refer to as their country will become better...I don't blame them though, they don't know that their leaders have stolen the future.

God will guide your steps bro, you will go and make it, and from Ghana or Togo, you will relocate to Europe or better still join us in the States.

The States is always open to people like you.

May God continue to bless the United States of America.

Ghanaians also call Nigerians alata. I'm now learning it's actually alada, meaning pepper seller, maybe in reference to many Yoruba/Igbo, Nigerian pepper sellers around then? Do you know anything about that?

It was actually alate, which means petty trader. Ghanaians call it alata though.

Abidjan is the most beautiful city in west Africa but the country is too expensive to live in. If you enter Abidjan. With 10,000 USA dollars, before you know it, you will be begging for taxi money to go out and Hussle for what to eat. Whites from different parts of Europe are there as if it is their country and they make things expensive. Lebanese people are also there operating retail shops as if they are in Beirut. Due to the high cost of living there, 95% of Nigerians there are either into cocaine business or fraud. If you are going for business, think Cotonou, or Togo. I lived in Cotonou a year and half before moving up to Ivory coast where I lived 5 years and was frequenting south America from there, before I was arrested by God.
God arrest you as how?...you die?

Imagine the unnecessary hatred for your country because of sentiments and irrelevant acrimony.Do you know that the people of Benin,Togo and Ivory Coast are looking up to Nigeria at all? What do you want to go there to do as a graduate?A dishwasher?A gateman?A mortuary attendant or someone that takes care of the aged?Remember that the above mentioned jobs are available only in the Western world, what are you going to other parts of West Africa to look for as a second class citizen that you can't find here in Nigeria in quintuple folds? If one state of Nigeria is not favouring you travel to another state as a citizen that you are,no be all this Benin,Togo and Ivory Coast go solve your problem.
PS: Do you know how to speak French? If your answer is ''no" then you're in for a very, very long thing.
why are you so pained about an African moving to another African country? Talking as if Nigeria is heaven when it's no different from the rest of west Africa. By your logic then, no one should travel abroad🙄

Travel for a purpose, not because of the hatred you have for your country. As we speak right now most Nigerians who left Nigeria out of hatred and desperation are somewhere right now going through perilous times, even in the so called developed countries. When I was an undergraduate do you know how many Nigeriens were in my school?Yeah, uncountable. Why did they leave their country Niger to school in a Nigerian university?
