You’re right. It’s akin to just saying sentence for life.

99% of the governors won’t sign the death penalty.

I thought NDLEA is a federal agency, and a law passed by the Senate becomes binding on all, so how is signing of death penalties left in the hands of state government. Can't the federal government do this, I don't understand? I just want to be educated on why this is decided by state governors.

See hypocrisy!

Why didn't they approve death penalty for nation's looters and thieves. The looters caused pains to the common to involve in all manners of things to survive including Drugs trafficking.

The nation is not sincere. Mere chasing shadows.

The politician and top civil servants are the problems of Nigeria. Not Drugs Pusher pushed to the wall to traffic in drugs for survival.
