They all know Amaewhule remains the speaker, that is why you see the empty drum Fubara and his cohorts chasing shadows.

How can a court restrain the legislature from sitting? Kangaroo court.
The court restrained the ex-lawmakers not the legislature.
It is the legislature that sued the ex-lawmakers to court on the ground that they are imposters

Fubara should move in this weekend and lock up the quarters. Let those thugs go and be sitting beside Wike in Abuja.

The Obaseki template has-been activated.
Next is to starve them of funds, recover all government assets from them and strip them naked.
grin grin grin

When Fubara will be reaping the bitter fruits, you will cry with him. People who deserve to live in a bush.

State of Emergency loading. Ekiti State comes to mind. Let the game begin.. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

An Order of interim injunction is granted restraining the 1st to 25th Defendants from parading and holding out themselves as members of Rivers State House of Assembly and/or meeting at the Auditorium of the House of Assembly Quarters located at off Aba Road, Port Harcourt or any other place whatsoever to purport to carry business of the Rivers State House of Assembly, their legislative seats having been deciared vacant pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice.

One idiot vulture griller will help to rig elections to favor a demonic party with thieves only to come here and be shouting a better Nigeria is what they need. But the fool will help criminals to power and turn around to ask for better Nigeria.

May God punish you there.

Are you the one who made them former lawmakers? Your foundation is faulty, nothing will stand on it. The speaker Amaewhule and his members are the only legitimate lawmakers in the house and are the majority. Giving an injunction against all of them, amounts to stopping legislative functions and no court has that power. The rest of the 3 or 4 members were suspended long ago.

The wordings of the injunction shows that they lost their seats and their seats were declared vacant.
The 4 members were suspended after the defection of the 25 members which makes the suspension null and void

These are left for the court to determine not you nor any other person. They should go to court and argue their case.

Rubbish. The injunction can be worded in whatever manner, no court declared their seats vacant. Also, the suspension was done in October, while they defected in December. Bloody liar!

Truth be told, Fubara na mumu governor. Can any house of Assembly member in Nigeria try all this rubbish with a governor? I miss Wike for this,he would have demolished all they have ever worked for in life and set them up for arrest

No court in Nigeria has declared them ex-lawmakers. Therefore they remain the authentic Rivers State legislators until a court of the right jurisdiction declared their status as a nullity.

However the Rivers State political imbroglio is a tale of two notorious thieves fighting over claims to their rich territory, and how not to be eventually ensnared by EFCC or ICPC.

I only pity the Rivers people, they are in for a long bad moments.

We are waiting. A state of emergency can't be declared in Rivers, except they want to cause serious problem there.

The constitution does not say a court has to declare them ex-lawmakers. The process is clearly spelt out and it has been followed to the letter in the eyes of the law

A court does not need to declare their seats vacant. It becomes vacant immediately they defected.

Oh you're talking about the purported suspension that never happened? That suspension was null and void na

Wike is too selfish and greedy. He bought forms for all of them including Fubara so that he can have full control of the state after leaving office, that is very wicked, nobody interfered with his govt when he was there, so why does he now want to be in control of the state after leaving office.

The idea of judiciary or court in Nigeria is a joke. The "court" is essentially one big belle man or woman sitting in one corner, guzzling beer, with all his or her typical biases, prejudices, amenability to inducemment and intimidation, corruption, ignorance, stupidity, leanings, frailties, socio-fraternal primordial ties, etc arbitrarily making a pronouncement about a matter.

It is actually a joke. We are only deceiving ourselves whenever we say these things. "Court" orders indeed. We are not ripe for these things. Mumu society.

ended up saying nothing despite the big space acquired...what a waste of space
