The idea of judiciary or court in Nigeria is a joke. The "court" is essentially one big belle man or woman sitting in one corner, guzzling beer, with all his or her typical biases, prejudices, amenability to inducemment and intimidation, corruption, ignorance, stupidity, leanings, frailties, socio-fraternal primordial ties, etc arbitrarily making a pronouncement about a matter.

It is actually a joke. We are only deceiving ourselves whenever we say these things. "Court" orders indeed. We are not ripe for these things. Mumu society.

That's your own interpretation. In reality the court must decide, while the constitution is only made to guide the courts in their decision making.

And if that's so, them many of the members in the legislative chambers across the country should not be there, since they have at one time or another cross-carpet while serving. Remember Saraki and his legislative followers during nPDP saga.

Nothing has been followed. The process laid down has not been complied with. Amaewhule remains the speaker to give effect to the provision. The wanted felon, Edison Ehie and his cohorts were suspended. You don't know what you are talking about.

Are you the one who made them former lawmakers? Your foundation is faulty, nothing will stand on it. The speaker Amaewhule and his members are the only legitimate lawmakers in the house and are the majority. Giving an injunction against all of them, amounts to stopping legislative functions and no court has that power. The rest of the 3 or 4 members were suspended long ago.

lolz! Do they have the jurisdiction to suspend the 4 lawmakers? They already lost their seats and have no legitimate power to suspend anybody. Their pronouncement is invalid

They have the authority and the suspension was done before their defection, not like the defection affects anything but I stated it for record purposes and facts. They haven't lost their seats and remain legislators.

If I was Fubara, after taking out these charlatans called house members, I'll take over Rivers PDP leadership and find a way to expel Wike and his goons. Then install my stooges everywhere down to ward level. This kind of fight is one that you don't look back, it's a fight to finish

They never understood the fact that Nigeria's Constitution forbids two governors at the same time for one state.
Their constituencies need to call for their recall from the legislative seats. They are a disaster to democracy.

That's a lie. The constitution must be obeyed by all citizens. Saraki and his followers defected after a split at national PDP led by Bugaje. Go and check the records
