⚡The New York Times: Kharkov offensive could force Kiev to negotiate The advance of Russian troops on Kharkov may push the Ukrainian leadership to agree to a ceasefire with Russia. This opinion was expressed by the authors of a recent article in the The New York Times. They mention that after two years of conflict, hundreds of thousands of casualties, and billions of dollars spent, "little has changed" for Ukraine in the areas of conflict. The advance of the Russian Armed Forces on Kharkov could finally demoralize Ukrainians and their allies. 7 Likes

⚡Russia deploys surveillance drone with laser illumination for long range laser guided artillery and takes out an Abrams. This makes artillery essentially a sniper at distance up to 70km. Kalashnikov corp writes: In the Northern Military District zone, Russian military personnel, using the Granat-4 UAV, created at the Izhevsk Unmanned Systems Research and Production Association of the Kalashnikov concern, hit another American-made M1A1 Abrams tank. An unmanned aerial vehicle detected a tank in motion, tracked it, issued target designation and illuminated it. Our artillery accurately hit the overseas trash with Krasnopol adjustable ammunition, which was developed by the Instrument Design Bureau and produced jointly with Kalashnikov. This is the first recorded combat use of the complex with the Granat-4 UAV in a new version with illumination for guided ammunition "Krasnopol", "Kitolov" and "Gran". Thus, Kalashnikov produces not only the guided artillery ammunition itself, but also the means for guiding them. 2 Likes

⚡Canada denied Russia legal assistance in the case of Nazi Yaroslav Gunka. Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov reported this. According to him, Russia twice sent a request to the Canadian Ministry of Justice: in 2019 to interrogate Gunka as a witness, and in 2023 - already as an accused in a genocide case. They refused to extradite him, allegedly due to the lack of direct evidence of crimes in the request. The Canadian side also indicated that there is no extradition treaty between Moscow and Ottawa, Krasnov said. According to the Prosecutor General, the refusal to extradite SS man Gunka, who is accused of killing at least 500 Jews and Poles in 1944, is a whitewashing of Nazism at the state level. “Not only do they refuse to extradite us, but they don’t want to judge themselves.” 1 Like

BentizilL0:Exactly!!! If you've paid close attention to Russia's relationship with china, you'll understand that every move they make is dependent on Putin being the leader of Russia and when Putin dies Russia will take a great hit. They should pray for someone like Putin to take over Russia when Putin is gone. |

A country supported by more than 50 other countries with funding and weapons is currently on the defensive. A country trained by the biggest military organisation in the world is running backwards, meaning either the organisation is useless and powerful only against a defenceless nation or that country's militarymen are tired of fighting the war.
