- removal of Buhari/Idiagbon in August 1985.

- return of poor societal values already corrected by Buhari with his war against indiscipline

- removal of a stable exchange rate

- removal of the naira from the streets of Europe and the USA. You could travel with your naira in cash and get your exchange at the bureau de change

- removal of naira from 0.83 naira to 1 USD and introduction of SFEM, where naira dropped to N4 to 1 USD. The Nigerian naira has never recovered from that since 1986.

- Introduction of the famous SAP, where Nigerians were advised to tighten their belts.

- the annulment of the most peaceful, easily successful and beautiful 1993 election, that produced the late MKO Abiola as the President of Nigeria. All Nigerians stood on the lines that day, with option A4 as the voting system, without prejudice to tribe or religion and voted for that man, who was known to be the greatest philanthropist ever to come from Nigeria. Abiola did not want to know your tribe or religion. He quoted the Bible and Quran as he learnt the two. Babangida caused his unfortunate death. Nigeria has not recovered from that loss.

It's easy to think someone did a lot when he has a lot of resources. Same thing with Lagos government. Past and present. When you look at the revenue they make , infrastructure on ground does not match it.
