Good evening bosses in the house. Please i need criticism on this floor plan of 4bedroom floor. Thanks
I foresee a dark living room and dining because of their recessed widows...no idea how you'd fix it though.

Also I'd prefer the bathroom doors not to be so central...they should open on to a wall, so I'd personally move them closer to the room doors. Moving the doors will also create wall space for TV's or other interior wall decor items in the rooms.

And a window (sliding) for the kitchen store wouldn't be a bad idea either...for natural lighting and ventilation.

2" thickness for POP ceiling boards? Isn't that too much?
we've been recommended that for better quality.

Sir so the 2" is not feasible? Or am I mistaken the mm for inches .

The board thickness should not be more than
6-12mm sir...
2" inches board will pull down the work later sir.... most expecially if its under decking..
The thickness of the board Ă— number of boards plus the wideness of where the board is being fixed plus the design.....will pull down the whole work sir...

You can contact me for the job sir and for further explanation..

The one reservation I have is THE LIVING ROOM... not well lit or ventilated.

That being said, the architect did a nice job, she shd only improve on positioning the living room better

Hello... I need your advice please.

Is mix ratio 1:3:6 a good mix for concrete oversite? Thanks for your advice.

In residential buildings, yes it is.

Thank you so much sir. I was thinking of removing the ante room leaving only the v.toilet for more ventilation. What do you think about it sir.

Note.
I saw a comment on shifting the toilet doors to one side.

NO.

The doors are better where they are, it makes the place more functional.

Good day guys. I built my bq in such a way that it can hold two thanks. We put nylon before the decking but I need something to prevent water from leaking through the roof. Is there a coating that can prevent water from over filled thank and rain from soaking the plastered decking?

Guys please help me critize this plan. I initially wanted them to be detached units but I changed my mind.

I specifically asked for the rooms to have some form of cross ventilation.
