coluwabe: Hey 🤠 @coluwabe. 1. To me, the major reason i could deduced that caused your F-1 visa denial is " Pre-Memorized Transcripts (answers ) which you even did in a wrong way. 2. Naturally , University undergraduate students does not really deal directly with Professors, but in your answers, you put too much emphasis (mentions) on professors as if you are a graduate student , even an Msc student s relationship with a professor cannot be compare to that of a PhD applicant not to talk of a Bsc student . 3. Also , your answer to : Why did you choose University of St. Thomas is not reasonable and convincing enough because you can easily make friends in any institution and it seems your main goal is to go and worship a particular Professor which is even out of focus for an undergraduate student . 4. Another debacle is your graduation plan answer which is ; to work with the National Institute of Medical research. Did you have any employment Bond contract with NIMR ? Your Post-graduation plan should be straight Msc or to help develop family business or to apply for STEM-MBA, or after the compulsory NYSC etc. 5. The consular who interrupted your interview was a senior officer (my personal reasoning ) because they don't usually interrupt an ongoing interview except in the case they want to verify something together . I think that officer signaled your inability to qualify to your interviewer. 6. You gave little info on " Who are your Sponsors ? This denotes that you have combined different sponsors (according to your Form I-20) because the question is supposed to be " Who is (not are). 7. Someone needs to study your over all profiles and presentations. Communication training is your no 1 , follows by DS-160 information. Best Wishes 🙏 4 Likes 1 Share |

Good morning all, is it a good thing that my sponsor is in USA, or should I change it? |
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 17 by OyoTunjiUSA(m): 8:09am On May 15 |
Ebdumi: Hey 🤠 1. Yes it is a good thing that your sponsor is in USA. Your sponsor can also be in China, UK, Uganda, Umuahia -Nigeria or anywhere in the world. 2. Your sponsor's location does not add to or deduct from your chances of securing visa. There are many many Multimillionaires and Billionaires who lives in rural areas or undeveloped countries . 3. The bad side of having a sponsor in the USA is that if the sponsor entered the USA with non immigrant visa (or illegally) and overstayed before he or she eventually secured Residency then it will have " A Chain Effect " (USA consulars will believe that you will do the same) on you. 4. Talk this aspect out with your sponsor and he or she can always transfer (funds) to the next family relative who can as well stand as your sponsor in case he or she has committed the sin of number 3 above . Best Wishes 🙏 |

OyoTunjiUSA: Please stop entertaining these trolls. You have a good heart. I have once exchanged some harsh words with you here. But when I needed to ask questions I still ask you here and you still answered even when we’ve earlier had some misunderstanding |
Re: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 17 by OyoTunjiUSA(m): 10:31am On May 15 |
anamo: Hey 🤠 @anamo. 1. Thank you for your advice . I like your literate and matured analysis of the whole scenario. 2. I actually decided i won't respond to them again but anything fraud allegation I will have to counter them. 3. Their logic is to use fraud allegations to drive people away from dealing with me but I am glad that personalities like @anamo and @ObamaMessi are now seeing that they have jealousy and enviness motive . 4. @anamo thank you . I am open to corrections and working as a team . Best Wishes 🙏 |

Hi Everyone, I’m looking to apply to the US for fall next year. I have a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and I’m looking to apply for masters in Data Science. I’ve been working as a Data Scientist for a while now, so I want know what are my chances seeing that I don’t have bachelors in computer sciences. What schools in the USA can I apply for, preferably a cheaper one, not like I can afford any though. OyoTunjiUSA and any other person with experience in this path, I’ll appreciate your response. |

Hi there, Please I have a potential financial sponsor for my US school fee, who wants to make use of his own Company’s financial documents to stand in for me, rather than his personal account documents. My questions are; Please what are the necessary documents he needs to provide for me to tender at the Embassy? What are some relevant information that must be clear and what shouldn’t be required? Since it’s from the company that he owns, what will be our relationship status? Thank you for your help 🙏 |

OyoTunjiUSA:I have responded to him before I saw your quote. But those guys are annoying tho, I will not tolerate them. I'm the worst troll they will ever temper with in this forum. Let me divulge somethings about me as evidence and you can fact-check it: I'm a troll who has soiled the reputation of many reputable nairalanders, I have more than a thousand of accounts I use in trolling people here. With this particular account, I have a post where I lied that I got a visa to the US but was still seeking for undergrad degree then (200 level now), Just. Wise moved the post to front page. I know exactly what the problem of those guys is, it could even be same person using different accounts to attack you because you provide clear information. That guy Fearlessfang is a scammer, he's still the same person as Danburuwa or whatever he call himself. The information you give is opening people's eyes and no one patronizes his scamming travel agency reason he came to muddy your reputation. I know his type. I have actually stopped trolling now because I have many important things doing. Sometimes it take weeks for me to log in to nairaland. I'm not disregarding you but if those guys quote me vomiting junks, I'll send them to hell through their passage gate to earth. They have never experienced the sourge of a burning liquor in their milky veins. |

@OyotunjiUsa is a national treasure!!! Just look at the highest response he gives to people on here (these are not mere responses , these responses are atleast 95% correct) and he does all these for free!! The last guy who was denied in Abuja gave his transcript and asked for help no single except this man gave his opinion. Yet, you guys still bash him and call him crazy names. This is unfair and you guys can honestly do better. @OyotunjiUsa God bless you ooo atleast giving people answers and solutions most of the times is RARE in this Nigeria not to talk of naira land and you do it effortlessly, God bless you |

Nevertheless, for the sake of other Nairalanders and the international communities , please don't answer anyone of them again. I don't want to fan the flame of resentment. @ObamaMessi It's my pleasure. Best Wishes🙏 |

Even from the Holy books (AlQuran and the Bible) a sinner , ie armed robber, 419, kidnappers, rapist, etc must be a lawful-captives (caught red handed with evidences) before he or she can be crucified. 4. @Dike987 together with @ObamaMessi ** Don't respond to them again in order to not derail . We are all doing voluntary works here . Let's use our time to keep giving best opinions . Thank you ! Best Wishes🙏 |

Good morning Everyone, I need advice or clarification on what to do at this juncture. I was accepted to study Master's Degree in STEAM Math at Adeelphi University. No scholarship was offered with the admission, so I decided not to pursue it again but look for other schools that could offered me either scholarship or assistantship, I couldn't get any for my course of studies. I stumbled on MPOWER Financial Services that I was able to secure a loan of $50000 to finance my education and my brother in the US is ready to sponsor me $20000 to cover the deficit ($14062) and other expenses. The starting date of my program of study at Adelphi University is May 27, 2024. I applied for my student Visa on April 29, I got a response to schedule visa appointment on May 10, and the earliest date to pick on my portal was October 10, 2024. Which I picked anyway, and I got a confirmation of appointment with the details in my mail. After 2 days of further checking for early dates, I decided to request for an Expedited Appointment after going through the requirements and I believe that I met the required criteria for EA. 3 days ago, I got mail for EA denial without stating the reason for my denial. I am in a state of confusion, and I need advice These are thoughts: * since the Emergency Request on my portal is no longer available, I wanted to use the suggestion/feedback botton ask why my EA denial was not stated. * Should I contact my school for Admission deferment? If yes, is it by semester so that I may continue in fall semester or by the whole session. * if admission is deferred for the whole session, am I required to start all over again? * what should I do because my Visa portal is warning me of about to exceed the limit of the number of times I may look at the reschedule appointment dates. Should I stop accessing the reschedule appointment page for time being? So as not to be removed from my portal. * I would like to be added to the WhatsApp group of information on Visa dates whenever it is available. My WhatsApp number is 08136171516. Thank you |

So, I created a petition that seeks to end the rip-off IELTS keeps perpetrating with the 2-year validity of their test results, particularly for high scorers who scored btw Band 8-9. Surely, someone who got a band 9 shouldn't, wouldn't, couldn't have lost the skill that earned him/her a band 9 after two years. Pls join the petition and let's make this change happen. Share across all platforms, as millions stand to benefit. Lifetime validity of test results! https://www.change.org/LifetimeValidity4IELTSresults |

Hello, kindly help me check these questions and answers that I compiled for preparation for my interview coming up this month. What are your plans after u get this degree? Ans: While I'm school, I'm open to explore any internship or research opportunity inorder to gain advanced hands-on knowledge and experience which I believe is valued by many employers here especially in the field of Telecommunication. I aspire to come home afterwards to look a job as I'm poised to contribute positively towards telecommunication development in providing network services that are more accessible and affordable. Why do u choose this university? Ans: tuition cost and location. MTU is a reputable tech university with good engineering programs. But if I'm to be honest, for me it's more for their affordable tuition fee and Michigan's low cost of living compared to the other schools that I gave me admissions. Also, Tech is being located at Houghton, surrounded by the forest. I grew up in my village around trees so I feel it's going be easy for me to adapt to the environment too. The school's small sized class will make it less-overwhelming to adapt to. What are you planning to study? Ans: I'm planning to study Electrical and computer Engineering, Master 's degree Do you plan on working in the state? Ans: yes I'm open to explore Job opportunities within or outside the campus as this will aid me in meeting up with my monthly loan obligations Is this your first time in the US? Ans: Yes it is. Do you have any family in the States? Ans: No I don't Why do this program in US not Nigeria? Ans: I got my B.Eng here in Nigeria and I must say it was mostly theoretical with little practical impact. Since my pledge is to contribute positively to the telecommunication development in Nigeria. Why not learn from a university in a country that already achieved a stable telecom service. I believe I will get a more advanced practical knowledge and skills needed in my field 1 Like |

fearlessfang:Stop mouthing off garbage. Huge deficit of common sense. I can see the gene of crime in your bloodline. You're such a dull person that you lack lines, just repeating what you copied from your pre-school teacher : irritant peasant. If you have a comparative IQ test with four meekrats, you'll come fifth. From the rays of your write ups, I can deduce psychological disorder. Your mesolimbic pathway is heavily laced with stupidity, idiocy and lunacy. You lack the wit and the serenity to throw vitrol. Your thought pattern is flawed. I wouldn't want to derail this thread because of a useless nincompoop like you. If you're man enough, mention me on another thread let's begin there. That will be the beginning of the end of your life. I'm not seeking for F1 visa, I'm still a 200 level student here in Nigeria with the goal to pursue my graduate degree in the US. You don't own Yankee and Yankee doesn't have late comer. You absolutely don't know anything about US Visa, please allow sane person to keep the thread afloat. 5 Likes 1 Share |

jasperonyx: I am not a visa guru or a VO but with my limited knowledge, giving the above responses to any VO will almost certainly land you in visa denial, except you're just joking with the above responses you intend to give. Why will you tell the VO that your purpose of choosing a school was because of the cost? Even if you have to say such (which I don't believe is advisable, that should be on the bottom of the lists). In VO mind, what happened to obtaining the same degree from your home country or other countries with cheaper COA. To add salt to the wound, you said you will work while schooling! As international student, you are not expected to work outside the campus and even the on campus work is limited to 20 hours per week during academic session. Even if you intend to work on campus, you shouldn't say it. With your responses, you've already signalled the VO that you will likely abuse your visa or even abandon your studies or become a public charge to the US, especially considering the fact that you're probably taking a student loan. Also, your post study plans are not strong and convincing. Eg although most do not end up coming back, you are expected to come back after your studies and not 'aspire to come back...' In summary, your transcript needs total overhauling to prevent the imminent certainty of visa denial. 2 Likes |
