I am writing to caution individuals about potential fraudulent activities involving PalmPay. Based on my experience, I strongly advise exercising extreme caution when dealing with this institution. You have said absolutely nothing. If you have any bad experience with them then, say it here instead of causing unnecessary panic over another man's business or is it traditional banks that we haven't had victims of fraudulent transactions in Nigeria even today ?

So you received a call from palmpay customer care agent and with his sweet sexy voice he directed/instructed you to receive and send otp code to him and he accessed your account to wide away all your funds? shocked

Why are you first blaming palmpay, secondly blaming cbn and lastly blaming nairalanders instead of only blaming yourself for your own ignorance? undecided

Oga/Ma, nothing like that happened.
I only updated my KYC yesterday with my bvn, utility bill and nin in order to upgrade my minimum daily transaction to NGN5,000,000 and made some transferred to that account because I wanted to used it for my business and request for their pos, woke up this morning, they wiped out entire money and making attend to withdraw from my first bank and gtbank accounts. Thank God both transactions they initiated failed. Just because I exposed my bvn and nin to this fraudulent bank.

Nigerians we are very at blaming the victim.
Someone complain that he or she updated his account with palmpay with his bvn and nin and transferred some money to that account and woke to see that they didn't only withdrew entire money in the account also making attend to temper his other accounts. We are here blaming for complaining.
He/she even said he was in their opebi office this morning.

True that

Take a survey of people who had their accounts compromised and money stolen, 99% of the cases/funds stolen went into palmpay accounts first.
