Repairing or replacing transformers are the responsibility of the DisCos because every transformer belongs to the DisCos. But since abnormalities are the order of the day in Nigeria, whoever uses a transformer should repair or replace the transformer when necessary. the task should not be left for only the landlord when the transformer serves both the landlord and the tenant. the task should not be left for only the tenant when the transformer serves both the tenant and the landlord. |

Based on Nigeria's reality, na the people whey dey live for that compound as the alternative will be to be buying water till the spirit moves the landlord!  |

If the landlord is living in the compound and using the machine too, the bill will be splitted between each flats. But if the landlord is not living in the compound, you will have to fix it 2 Likes |

IF THE LANDLORD IS STAYING IN THE COMPOUND WITH THE TENANTS AND HE USES THE MACHINE TOO, THE BILL WILL BE SPLITTED AMONG ALL THE FLATS INCLUDING HIM. But if he’s not living in the compound, tits the responsibility of the tenants to replace it.. 2 Likes |

 Bro,make una donate the money take repair am.... But it must be based on one condition.... And the condition should be--"that the money donated by you and your co-tenants will be deducted from your house rents las las........ That's how we do here.....Cuz if you really want to wait for your landlord to bring out money from his purse to fix some damaged things in the compound,una fit wait till Jesus go come back.. |
