It’s a criminal offense and the ACJA (Administration of Criminal Justice Act) allows a suspect to be granted bail. He has not yet been convicted and so is still innocent under the law until conviction

It's wrong and it also shows how ignorant, bitter bigot, hypothetical and mischievous person you are to say; Kyari felt untouchable because Buhari is his "Fulani-brother" when as a matter of fact he was arrested and detained without bail under the same Buhari government and was exposed by his "Fulani-brother" NDLEA officer whom he offered huge sum of money that if you want to be honest with yourself you would have accepted if it was your "tribe-brother" in the same situation and what's more, when he was arreseted the head of the NDLEA Buba Marwa is also his "Fulani-brother" and he is still the head of NDLEA today.

As to the bail application to me, it lacks credit and should not be granted and I hope his "Yoruba-brother" government will not grant this bail for many other reasons and most importantly because of bitter people that calls for thunder to fire other people whom God has created but I thank God because the "God" of thunder is not bitter neither is He cruel to answer such pronouncements but when God allows the bitterness to happen it is often back to sender grin
