My major concern is that the roads are extremely of poor quality and may get damaged even before he leaves office. Why are they constructing poor roads?

Nsukka is not a university town. It's economy has little to do with UNN. So, with or without UNN, Nsukka will be developing.

Nsukka town is host to four big markets (Ogige, Building Materials, Timber and Ikpa Commodity Market).

Nsukka has over 50 hotel hotels and at least 10 of them are three stars.

It is a critical commercial backbone for agro-commerce linking SE, SS to the NC and beyond.

I don't think there is any Non state capital that Nsukka will not give a match for its money and if you think I am lying ask your real estate agent the price of land in Nsukka outskirts (not the town ooo because....)

Demolishing markets, properties is painful, especially looking at the economic situation of the country but we have to make a decisive plan to develop our city.
