Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by zhike: 9:15pm On Mar 21 |
Lawag3:Let us teach you, Dangote invested a lot in a cement company called Sephaku. Dangote is not the sole owner of Sephaku, he is not the majority shareholder. |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by CSTRR: 5:48am On Mar 22 |
IronGalaxy:Not really. Profitable markets are not easy to get, and investors don't want to leave them. When Nigeria fined mtn billions of dollars, they rather paid it than leave. You need us more than we need you. We have glo, our own local telecom company along with other foreign investors. MTN and DSTV does not have another Nigeria. |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by CSTRR: 5:50am On Mar 22 |
zhike:I have seen the list. The only banks bigger than Nigerian banks are either govt owned banks in North Africa, or white owned banks with access to white European capital in South Africa. When it comes to privately owned, black African banks, Nigeria leads the park. |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by Lawag3: 10:13am On Mar 22 |
zhike: So you know he invested in a South African business? So why come you spewing rubbish. Many Nigerian businesses are in SA both small and large. In the world of business SA businesses in Nigeria needs us more than we need them. |

SusuYangs: We at South Africa we only know Dangote cement, maybe others are still coming up. |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by helinues: 10:06am On May 23 |
zhike: The problem with some of you South Africans on this forum is even upon how we have been friendly to you people, you always create provocative threads about Nigeria. Can't some of you learn how to respect yourself? A thread about SA election was created yesterday, go on the thread and see how we made neutral comments without attacking the country or her people. Few South Africans that are into that habit of attacking Nigeria and Nigerians unnecessarily should stop |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by IronGalaxy: 10:26am On May 23 |
helinues:Bro, stop being a hypocrite and stop lying. Your people are in the habit of hurling insults at anything that has to do with SA. Go check threads made about by Wannahowzit, check how all of those threads end up, and check who's the source of those threads turning sour. You people seldom self-reflect, it's always somebody's else's fault 2 Likes 1 Share |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by helinues: 10:31am On May 23 |
IronGalaxy: Who are the you people? The wannahowzit guy is the one who usually start the first punching based on my experience with him on this forum but that doesn't mean that's how he is always cos we still engaged yesterday without any issue. I don't normally come on SA threads because of the way it always end in fracas. If you guys avoid to throw first punch, no one should attack |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by IronGalaxy: 10:40am On May 23 |
helinues:No no no stop lying. I follow Wannahowzit threads, they're always about what's happening in South Africa, be they political, entertainment or anything, and then you'll have one of your own, almost every time, they would spew comments like "xenophobic country, lazy people" etc. unprovoked!.ring a bell? You cannot then come here and play victim, your people lack class and are argumentive. They see the words "South Africa" on a thread and they become possessed 5 Likes |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by WannaHowzit(m): 1:37pm On May 23 |
helinues: I was biting my tongue yesterday because as much as the majority of people were decent there were others stoking the flames saying whites should take over because the blacks have ruined the country. That's not a fact and its a typical Nigerian response based on white worship and a hate for black South Africans. IronGalaxy 3 Likes |

IronGalaxy: Politics, a matter of interests. In March, South Africa urged ICC to issue warrant of arrest for Netanyahu. Meanwhile, last year, same South Africa said any attempt to arrest Putin over ICC arrest warrant would amount to a declaration of war! How can you guys explain these hypocrisy! Your international politics not mature yet. CC WannaHowzit IronGalaxy |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by WannaHowzit(m): 5:31pm On May 23 |
lorenzobanks: And the West is mature coz last i checked they're applying the same hypocrisy?☹️ Netanyahu is engaged in collective punishment of the Palestinians, bombing anything and everything in sight in order to expand Jewish borders, and yet all former colonialists who all decimated their own indigenous populations are turning a blind eye and backing Israel such as the US, Canada, Australia and the UK with a colonial history we're all aware of in Africa. |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by lorenzobanks(m): 5:57pm On May 23 |
WannaHowzit: I don't think Putin trust the South Africa that he can pay a visit just like he did with China. He knows, the west still call the shots in South Africa. |
Re: Nigerian Companies In South Africa by zhike: 10:33pm On May 26 |
