I have dumbbells too and I didn't see any difference until I started doing sloooww reps and supplementing with whey protein.

Slow down your reps. And don't do too many.
Use supplements.
nice.i will buy whey protein.but I am seeing good different, my hands are wider and my shirts are tighter now.but I will do slower reps now.tnks

No be lie at all. Animal protein prices keep on sky-rocketing. But the muscles must be fed anyways. I still take my egg-whites judiciously.🤔
