The gentle man couldn't pronounce the name, messaged him back, to send me the name of the person he was referring to, and it was a Ghanaia name. Some Mr D., however there was Language barrier.

Oh yeah, I saw one where it didn't even need to have wires in your head to work, it just used the electromagnetic field your brain generates.
