If you play some certain numbers of games with your team before leaving as required by UEFA, you will be given a medal if your team win the competition.

There's no change in rules here. Oshoala made a mid-season switch to Bay FC but before then, she had participated in the UCL tournament, playing twice for Barcelona in the group stage and scoring once. It is statutory that she takes home a medal haven been part the of the team.
