I agree Olofinjana is an intelligent dude and may possess exemptional football IQ but his displays were average at best. Yusuf Ayinla and Kaita in my opinion were slightly better. Mikel who was just starting out himself had to carry a very lackluster midfield almost entirely on his own before the likes of Etebo, Onazi arrived on the scene. Obodo would have been a great asset to the SE but injuries were a MF! Same thing that affected Joel Obi. Marjoribanks: 1 Like |

TheGoodJoe:In football, players must pass the ball. But tiki taka made football all about passing. That's why I hate it. Because all the other elements of the game have been left to die. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Mujtahida: There was this Nigerian player I loved to pieces. Obodo!!! I was heartbroken with what injuries did to his career. Dude and Muntari in the midfield of Udinese as young ballers was so sweet. 2 Likes |

Obodo get football IQ forget! neat short passes with correct long balls. Remember how him, Mikel and Oruma were running things for our midfield in the group stages of the 2006 AFCON wonder why he was dropped from the midfield in the knockout stages. elyte89: |

Lukman was affected by poor football foundation. Didn't imbibe enough of the basics at the developmental level and was damn too indisciplined imagine chewing gum during the national anthem smh. elyte89: 3 Likes |

Mujtahida: Actually, ball retention in tight spaces is a big part of TIKI TAKA and you can't achieve that without excellent dribbling skills. You can see the Xavi Hernandez clip below. He is one of the top players that understood Tiki Taka inside out. Watch the level of his skill and retention ability. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfHhhyWAUZE |

Meliforme: Built for ball possession 🧐 Ejuke is a forward player you implying he is outstanding quality. How many games did he play this season, l have to presume he is first choice that means barring injuries he should play at least 80% of games in his league. That being the case how many goals and assists in the Belgium league did he get to make him outstanding. |

Overhyped striker finished 3rd on the log of top goal scorers despite missing loads of games due to AFCON, injury and poor team form but he underachieved. Currently Nigeria's highest league goal scorer in the top 5 European top leagues but but he's overhyped Good night everyone 10 Likes 1 Share |

ChrisKels: Chrostian Obodo was spectacular on the ball. So sleek and beautiful deft touches. But one player that suffered from Okocha's dominance was James Obiora. I personally rate Obiora above Oruma and Obodo 3 Likes |
