Now, Thomas is arguing that the highest court in the land did not have the power to say that governments allowing segregated places like schools, etc. and thus putting black people in worse facilities were wrong and thus not treating everyone equally. That decision Brown v. Board was one of the foundational civil rights rulings that lead to era of desegregation and equal rights for Black people. And without it Thomas may have not been where he is sitting now.
