I can not remember very well, when filling application they do ask for country you visited in 5 or 10yrs . You should be able to add that during application. Do you guys have kids? Do not mind me o, you can refuse to answer me its fine. I just want to see how I would convince consular that I will come back after my visit. I mean family back home right? Good morning, Please I submitted my documents for Visa application in December. Passport submission request came on 25th of this month. Kindly advise on how to submit my passport because I live outside Lagos. I also would like to use this opportunity to say that I noticed a lot of skepticism around using agents. But not all of them are bad or irresponsible. I tried to use Cradlehaven last year, but the customer service was very poor. I eventually used TATAgency. I was given the list of documents to provide and I appreciated how the guy assigned to my request served me. They completed the application and asked me to review. I made my adjustments. I submitted my application MYSELF. I have had previous rejection but during the process I saw the mistakes I made earlier. I guess Iβm saying look for a reputable agency if you must use an agent like I did. Some of them are really good and transparent. 3 Likes |

I don't want to convince you o, but considering your age for visit visa , do you think your brother statement will be fine to sponsor you. If its study visa now better but hmm your brother want to sponsor you for a visit visa? He can not put some money in your account and you become a staff with a document that back it up, like working in the same company as a second job or you know what im saying. then u dont need him to sponsor. you want to apply to get the visa or you want to try your luck ? no mind me sha. harmonyedu: There is no legal limit to the amount of cash you can bring into Canada. However, if you are traveling with CAD 10,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency, including USD) or more, you must declare this amount to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Failure to declare amounts equal to or greater than CAD 10,000 can result in fines or seizure of the money. And his ur spouse going to canada with visitor visa or sowp?? |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Ashirioluwa: 10:21am On May 29 |
Tallgirlslim: But why donβt you ask same agent to tell you how to submit your passport. I believe he will be happy to do that for you. Using an agent is a personal choice, and no one is asking you or others not to use one. Itβs your money; you can spend it the way you like. Anyway, you sounded like an agent who is advertising for your colleagues. 8 Likes |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by donteebalo(m): 5:16pm On May 29 |
wencius4u: Go get another statement of account covering the period you submitted earlier and explain your situation with a letter. Get the normal hard copy as a back up, and MybankStatement too |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by affoncad: 5:51pm On May 29 |
donteebalo: This best answer above but If you used an agent for your application , it's better to contact the agent to ensure which documents regarding proof of funds were uploaded before you respond. It's difficult to claim that Mybankstatement is fake because it's just a login and password generated by the bank. This Situation could result in a 5-year ban if not handled properly addressed! |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by uchennay: 6:10pm On May 29 |
wencius4u: But in your previous post ,you claim to use an agent for your visa application .l hope your agent has not manufacturer or edited bank statement added to your application |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by affoncad: 7:31pm On May 29 |
wencius4u: You cannot send your bank statement directly to the Canada embassy. Only the copy uploaded to your portal for the visa application is considered part of your application. Please ask your agent what was the actual financial document uploaded to your application |
