I once experienced this shit two months ago, the pos man mistakenly call wrong account number and I Don't bother to ask since it shows name... na so I press 11k ooo.. after i discovered I've made a mistake I immediately track the number because its opay, I called the man and i explain every thing to him stammering...

How do you mistakenly send money into somebody's account or was it just a business deal gone wrong.
If you're sending through bank app or pos, the person's name is shown.
If you're sending through a bank transfer, the teller confirms the account name.

you're arguing ignorantly please. Nigeria has one of the best banking laws in Nigeria. All the op needs is to collect proof of payment from his bank,go to the court and swear an affidavit and submit it to the creditor's bank and a lieu will be placed on the account.

He either refunds the money or he can no longer withdraw money from the account. If the op goes further to escalate it as a criminal act, his BVN gets flagged and all his accounts goes on NO DEBIT. He will be arrested whenever he steps into any bank in Nigeria.

How do I know all these,I have made such mistake as the OP and I had the account restricted. I didn't go further to get an affidavit and stuff. Also I have paid someone for a job and he defaulted. I reported the account to my bank and it was frozen. The guy started calling and begging me to help him fix the problem

A rich man with access to a lawyer will do the above and even more to get his 10k

1st step - report the mistake to your bank,
then you need a lawyer to get a court order for reversal of your money - I can do this.

Someone did the same thing to my banny last month,but she was kind enough to send the money back to the sender after she was called.

Fortunately,the sender happened to be a neighbor of mine whom my banny do not know...
