How can a sane man set up an economic team when the entire country is boiling. No food to eat, your money can't even give a decent meal. Food price has doubled and he talks about economic team.

What is the work of those appointed members of the team? They should as a matter of urgency resigned and go home.

The best is for the president to declare state of emergency on food security, else nothing good will ever come out.

The Worst is that, one year in office, thing starts getting worse by the day. Where is the renewed hope promise to Nigerians.

Why are they worried,( the council).?
Are they not in this same country with us.. ? When things are going up and down.
If they're aware, what have they done about it.?

Pls they should redouble their efforts to take us from the doom..
May God continue to be with us.

Although I am not a Oga Bismarck fan , the analysis is good, I am also happy our debt profile has reduce minutely , if you do nursery you appreciate the fact that minute things can blossom. . Since we are owning $178 per head that should be roughly $500 if we exclude the children and the elderly. The question is how can we revamp or in the President's word recharge our productive self .. Going to sell garri in the market is just part of the value chain in the garri industry it is the actual production that trigger others ... So we must be able to ensure an average Nigeria produce at least something worth $10000 minimum every if we collect $500 he won't feel it . But then Rome was not built in a day but we must start even if it is $200 production this year. We can still make do with $10.

Speaking on the economic impact and unintended consequences, Rewane said, “The gross fixed investment, which drives growth, was $154 billion last year; it is now down to $105 billion, a 31 per cent decrease. Stock market capitalization was N30 trillion last year, now it is N55 trillion, an 83 per cent increase, benefiting investors.
The investors are dwindling on a net basis. Uncle Gemini should stop travelling upandan.

*I'm not saying Tinubu shouldn't celebrate his one year in office*

*But I'm only trying to remind him that he has moved one bottle of mineral from N100, to N360 depending on your choice - 7up, or Fanta, coke or Pepsi.*

*He has moved dollar from N450 to N1,600.*

*He has moved fuel from N220 to N700*

*He has moved one basket of tomatoes from N15,000 to N100,000.*

*He has moved a sack of Pepe from N10,500 to N115,000.*

*He has moved a sack of beans from N28,000/ N30,000. to N68,000 /N70,000.*

*He has moved a sack of flower from N18,000 to N68,000/N70,000.*

*He has moved a sack of sugar from N16,500/ 17,000 to N68,000/N69,000.*

*He has moved one bag of rice from N17,000 18,000 to N80,000/ N85,000*

*He has moved one cartoon of noodles from N4,500/ N5,500 to N17,500/ N18,500.*

*He has moved one kilo of Titus fish from N1,500 per kilo to N4,500 per kilo.*

*He has moved a pot of soup worth N3,000 / N5,000 to N15,000 / N20,000*

*He has moved1 kilo of semo from N350 to N1,500*

*He has moved a Derica cup of Gari from N200 to N700 / N800*

Even a carton of beer is now N6500 instead of N2200 it was.

*Congratulations to everyone that survived the last 365 days under Tinubu . You guys are the real hero , surviving under a brutal tax collector is not an easy task but don’t forget that 3 years is still ahead . I wish you all the best 🤝*

I am just so glad my Wife topped up the tomatoes in our bulk storage freezer early this
Month. We are good for another three months. Hopefully , the costs would have come down by then.

Meanwhile, along with my peppers, I need to start planting tomatoes again.

Since Obi ”failed” in Anambra so it's no crime that Tilumbu is failing woefully already... That is just how those ronu supporters think.

Since Obi said he would remove subsidies and Tilumbu also removed same subsidy then all is fine.

It always about the red herring fallacies.
