The killing of two Nigeria soldiers in Abia state yesterday has attracted condemnation from political and religious figures across the board include Alhaji Atiku Abubarka but Peter Obi as usual didn't see anything wrong in IPOB killing Nigeria soldiers, He is more interested in lagos destroying illegal buildings to quickly address press conference.

I am not running. Peter Obi has never condemned IPOB activities. He has time to condemn demolition of illegal structures in lagos, he has time to condemn closure of market in Abuja but mute on killing of soldiers in Abia. What an ethics bigotry and callous man.

Im sure Peter Obi would rather focus on illegal buildings in Lagos than address the issue of IPOB killing Nigerian soldiers in Abia. Typical politician move.

Peter Obi is a tribalist. He is not capable of presiding over an ethnically diverse country like Nigeria. He doesn't even hide it.

He refused to condemn IPOB's threat of disrupting WAEC exams as well.

Confirmedzombie:
We the Arewa youth Forum after an extraordinary executive meeting wishes to challenge His Excellency Peter Gringory Obi the presidential candidate of Labour Party in the 2023 election to speak up and condemn the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) May 30th warning issued WAEC and Unizik.

We understand that WAEC examination is ongoing in all the states of the federation including some African countries.

Based on the WAEC Timetable availed to us, May 30th is General Mathematics.

We wonder how IPOB expects WAEC to shift the Examination for May 30th for celebration of Biafra day.

IPOB to our understanding are designates by the Federal Government as a Terrorist organisation and as such lacks the power to issue such warning.

We therefore challenge Peter Gringory Obi to speak out condemning the IPOB press release if indeed he is a patriot and supports one Nigeria.

Failure to condemn IPOB release, we may have no choice than conclude that Peter Gringory Obi is an Igbo agenda.

Obi is a disgrace.

He’s just a tribalist leader.

He doesn’t have what it takes to be president of Nigeria, and he is showing it daily, with his selective judgement on national issues.

It shows that as president, he will be very biased in everything he does, which will lead to serious problems in a country like Nigeria, and destabilise the nation.

He’s showing his character, but he’s too stupid to realise it.

Waziri Atiku Abubakar has condemned the killing of three soldiers by unknown gunmen in the Southeast as the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra enforced a regional sit-at-home to mark the 57th anniversary of the declaration of the defunct rebel Republic of Biafra. But Peter Obi, who is from the Southeast and is quick to condemn killings in other regions, has still not spoken up. More than twenty four hours after the killings.

This is the normal practice with Obi. If it happens outside the Southeast, he will shout, cry and dance naked in public. But if it occurs within Igboland, he will be quiet.

Is Peter Obi loyal to IPOB?

Dear @SamAmadi, it's very disheartening to see the level atrocities in Abia State yesterday. Men of the Nigerian Army were murdered in cold blood without any reaction from you, @PeterObi
@obyezeks, @AreaFada1 (Charly Boy) and the likes of you that always have an idea on how other Nigerian regions should be governed.

Children were denied the opportunity of writing WAEC, and you still kept your mouth shut.

We people of SW, SS, and Northern Nigeria demand that you keep your opinions about our politics to yourself going forward.

It's obvious the blood spilling in the SE means nothing to you all.

We'll respect your choice and expect a reciprocation.

Thank you for the mutual respect!

Peter Obi Condemns Attacks In South-East, Killings In North
Written by Bode Gbadebo 11 months ago
Paris Olympics
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has reacted to spate of killings in the South-East and North-Central, saying the rising insecurity in the country leading to mindless bloodletting, particularly in the North-Central zone of the country, and the continued disruption of business and social activities in the South-East were becoming very worrisome.

Obi, who said the attacks purportedly carried out by unknown gunmen in the name of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in the South-East were criminal, also noted that unabated killings in Plateau, Benue and Zamafa States were unable.

The LP presidential candidate, who took to his verified Twitter handle on Thursday, called for urgent, conscious and intentional steps to ameliorate the hardship of Nigerians while also calling on all stakeholders to give peace a chance.

Obi wrote: “The violent attacks in the North Central states of Benue and Plateau lately took a new twist with high records of kidnapping, arson, and loss of human lives. According to the 1st Quarter Mass Atrocities Casualty Tracking Report, over 1230 Nigerians were killed.

“79 of them security operatives, with over 600 abductions in the first quarter of this year alone. With what has been happening in the North Central and Zamfara state lately the figure as of today will be mind-boggling even far more than the deaths recorded in Russia/Ukraine
ongoing carnage. It’s unacceptable that hundreds of innocent lives will continue to be wasted in Nigeria needlessly through communal clashes, bandits, and kidnapping activities. The situation in the Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau states has raised a lot of anxiety because
of the number of lives and properties lost with very little resistance from security operatives.

“Also disturbing is the continued disruption of business and social activities in the South East region over the Sit-at-Home directive purported to be coming from the
Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, when the body has publicly denied issuing such directive. What is going on in the South East therefore is essentially a criminal activity that must be nipped in the bud, with all hands being on deck, security agencies, and the people alike

“The South East Governors are to be commended for their renewed efforts at curbing this menace but there is a need to be more strategic and intelligence-driven in our approach to reducing the suffering of innocent people.
Security agencies should take necessary and quick steps to arrest the ugly incidents because the country cannot just be spilling the blood of innocent citizens. We as a people through our various governments should up our value for human lives in the way and manner we respond to issues that touch lives. The implications of an insecure environment for development are far-reaching because no investor will consider going to an area where their resources will not be safe and secured.

“Therefore, I will like to urge critical stakeholders in these areas, traditional, Christian, and Muslim leaders to continue pushing for peace among their people in the way and manner they conduct themselves.

“The various governments at all levels should also take deliberate steps to address the issue of poverty and youth unemployment because the provision of stomach infrastructure is the surer way to tackle insecurity.

“Also, urgent steps should be taken consciously and intentionally to ameliorate the hardship of the people. -PO.”

If you wanted Peter Obi to be responsible for security in the country, you should have made him the president.

He was asked during the campaign how he would would handle agitators and he said he would negotiate with them.

The man who is the president has not taken Obi’s advice

What exactly do you want Obi to tell you??
