WrriterNg: Play... A whole carrier group to evade from ragtag Houthis. Even China is still trying to perfect precision strike on a carrier. But the real problem here is how the Houthis could easily track the carrier forces to the point of launching missiles to their location. Maybe I underrated their surveillance capabilities and they've got some good over the horizon rader. This also possess a good advantage to the US as they should focus more on striking this rader sites. |

Obedience40: He's right though, seems the US carrier strike group can be tracked with is no surprise as such large fleet is impossible to hide. Also Yemen own ballistic missiles and possibly could have used this, but that doesn't translate into a hit. Might be shooting blank shot into nowhere or the shot were intercepted 1 Like 1 Share |

⚡We have no Plan B if Ukraine falls, says Estonia Estonia considers itself a front-line state, a Nato member where its border guards stare across the Narva River at the Russian fortress of Ivangorod. This tiny Baltic state, once a part of the Soviet Union, is convinced that once the fighting stops in Ukraine, President Vladimir Putin will turn his attention to the Baltics, looking to bring countries like Estonia back under Moscow’s control. To help stave off that possibility, Estonia’s government has poured money and weapons into Ukraine’s war effort, donating more than 1% of its GDP to Kyiv. "If every Nato country did this," says Estonia’s steely Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, "Ukraine would win." But Ukraine isn’t winning. Short of artillery, ammunition, air defences and most of all, troops, Ukraine is struggling to hold back the sheer weight of Russian firepower, glide bombs and massed infantry assaults that often border on the suicidal. What, I asked Prime Minister Kallas, is Estonia’s Plan B if Ukraine loses this war and Russia’s invasion ultimately succeeds? "We have no Plan B for a Russian victory," she replies, "because then we would stop focussing on Plan A" - helping Ukraine push back the Russian invasion. "We should not give in to pessimism. Victory in Ukraine is not just about territory. If Ukraine joins Nato, even without some territory, then that’s a victory because it will be placed under the Nato umbrella."

WrriterNg:China is number 1 sisi I never knew why I rated them. If only defending justice in Chinese soil means world justice. On other places thousands of miles away from China they won't go. They could easily ease the tension on Russia by opening up another front in Taiwan closer to home but NO ordinary US threat scurried them away. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Creating a group discussing about a war that have ended lives and destroyed family and relationship is the most stupid thing grown up men can do I'm assuming most of you here are below 12 years of age. Damn...even 5 year old don't stoop so low You're discussing about how the end lives...you're even choosing the side you think should win in killing If you are not working towards a solution to end the war, then there's no damn need to be analysing how humans lives should end or which side you believe is right All sides are wrong. They're killing lives which they cannot create and you all are jubilating like something is fundamentally wrong with you Focus on helping end the war. If you cannot, then leave this group. It will corrupt you as a human. Human lives are precious. It could be you and your family and loved ones tomorrow that might be running away from a disastrous war. Think!! 1 Like 1 Share |

IAmHim1: Coming here to sling expletives in the name of taking a more empathic and informed stance on this subject, is proper idiocy in and of itself. While it is agreeable that human lives should hold relevance above all else, it is instructive to understand that the living will always seek to discuss the dead, irrespective of the circumstances. These conversations create a template for the living to better reckon on proper decision making in the days that follow. Two world wars happened, claiming millions of human lives and degrading natural habitats, and people still sit to analyse these things to this day. The United States nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki, today both countries are allies but people still create fora to discuss the war circumstances. You can conveniently find a way to have a different stand on issues without making to demean others and what concerns they deem suiting. Doing that makes you even stupider than the lot you seek to castigate. 16 Likes |

Simeonjoe1: And China better sit up and smell the coffee because if Russia falls, what will befall China will be a child's play to what is happening now. Breaking Russia into 15 smaller countries and adding these smaller 14 countries to NATO to boost NATO army and military budget will be what china can't stand. The earlier they stop doing this sisi thing and jump into the war boldly just the way NATO is doing, the better for their own future. Let them send Russia 200b dollar as aid also and send 5000 military men as instructors to disguising as fighters and endless weapons to deter the west. These one west and NATO are arming Ukraine to the teeth while threatening china to stay off shows china cowardice. 8 Likes 1 Share |
