Does celebrating a memorial day for your fallen heroes justify a forced stay at home order given by a proxy and semi terrorist organisation, not recognised by law? Does it justify the killing of 0innocent Igb0 soldiers and civilians in Aba? Can't the governors in the east pass a law demarcating the day as a holiday, as it was being done before in the west on June 12?
Nothing justify the killing of innocent people.
IPOB is not a terrorist organisations
All these were politically motivated orchestrated by APC.
APC is sponsoring the bad elements in them in the name of IPOB just to cause division and deviation from the original purpose.
Why is nnamdi kanu still in prison and Simon ekpa is walking freely
APC is sponsoring simon ekpa to cause problem in the east and they are succeeding

Where were these same elders when the Ipob were given forced sit at home order?

Why always thinking after actions?
At least, they should have called on IPOB to reverse their decision even if they wouldn't listen. It would be in the record that they say something. Cowards

IPOB is a terrorist organisation like Boko Haram.

Why not use intelligence to find the killers
Lol. The locals have to collaborate with them before intelligent gathering can work or be effective. The question is: will the locals (Igbo elders included) volunteer information about the killers? The answer is no.

Your sick obsession for anything Igbo, IPOB and Kanu will probably send you to a early grave as you get consumed by your own bile and hatred! I know you have other monikers and associates with which you use to try and spread your anti-Igbo propaganda on nairaland!

Upon all the shit happening in your ‘one Nigeria’: ethnic-cleansing, suicides, ritual killings, kidnappings, hunger and the nosediving of the Nigerian economy since Tinubus’ unfortunate emergence…upon all this and more, all that preoccupies your time on nairaland is running a anti-Igbo/IPOB/Kanu campaign! If you wicked lot put this much energy into holding your emilokan god to account, then maybe…just maybe Nigeria wouldn’t be in so much of a mess!

Get a life!
Even intelligent report confirmed many Obidient supporters are ipob Terrorist syperthisers both online and offline. It is easy to fight Bokoharam than IPob Terrorists and bandits. Bcs many of them pretend and in the midst of real Nigerians.

About five civilians died in the crossfire. And this wasn't face off, it was an ambush, unprovoked attacks by gunmen in three vehicles vs 5 soldiers mounting rock block. Use your sense now

If you become fierce, ESN will become fiercer. Nobody dey beg your papa. No be today ESN and Nigerian army start the clash. Both sides will count scores at the end. Gone are the days you had a field day killing anyhow. Do your reprisal and ESN will pay you back too and the cycle continues

Clap for yourself. You are too smart Mr Chest beater but remember that 90% of the Nigerian soldiers that will be sent for the reprisal attack will come from the SE. Therefore, they kill ESN you loose, ESN kills them you loose.

Politicians are not Igbo Elders. Stop deceiving yourselves.

Secondly what will the military even do in Aba without incurring the wrath of the masses? Go and write it somewhere Nigeria military cannot fight Aba. It's the shortest cut to civil war.

Nigeria military can not fight ABA people is a joke of the century. What they will do is to use gaza treatment. Send only 3 fighters to turn everywhere to rubbles via intensive airstrike before conducting ground invasion. Remember US,UN and EU will only bark.

Intelligence shows that 80% of obidients in the south east are terrorists . "Gov. Otti said his government won't confront Sit-at-home promoters " because he knows they are his followers (obidients).
The same way the incompetent Buhari supported Boko Haram in the early stages, is the same way Obi, Otti, Oby are supporting Ipob.

So it is IPOb that enthroned a good government in Abia for the first time.

If the military goes ahead and harm innocent people, then the people have the right to give the military a bloody nose. There are no special citizens.

I don't understand why is it that it's the common man that faces the brunt when the military is bested by their enemies.

I condemned the act of killing the gallant soldiers.
Why would the federal government and army General deploy more troops prior to that particular date to the eastern states??
They was technically provoking and escalating everything. If those soldiers weren't there, there would never be any body bags.

You can't push someone off and show him where to fall!!!

Was a day too much to ask for??
A day is not too much to ask for, but to get that day is not through violence. Example is the June 12 holiday that started as a state holiday, regional holiday and now a federal holiday. The Government of the 5 Eastern state can be of help here.
You can declare an illegal holiday and bared people movement and expect the federal Government to look The other side.

Your esn should come out now but no, they're hiding under the skirts of their mothers and girlfriends who they use as sex objects.

They only know how to attack patrol vans.

Let me ask you a simple question:

If the people of the South South region have been the ones agitating for a seperation from the Nigerian state, do you genuinely believe that the situation would have been handled the same way it's been done with the Igbos in the last Nine years?
it will not be handled in the same way but the truth is my people have no true leader. Kanu is a pure scammer just like Uwazurike before him. Peter Obi was the only one that saw through them and dealt seriously with them.

I was once a victim of ESN , thank God I escaped before they could get me. All they do is kidnap, murder and cannibalism their victims. In some places, you cannot bury the dead or conduct traditional marriages without paying them millions of naira.

Do you know that my people are now conducting traditional marriages in port Harcourt , Lagos and Abuja, things they consider taboo before now?
