The lady carried her radicalism too far. Her open disrespect to national anthem is very abnormal and highly condemnable.

I hope DSS, NPF, and the authorities are seeing this. Aisha has a right to do as she pleases as long as she is not invested in anything that is harmful to the Nigerian people and state. APC should let Aisha breev. What about how an entire army staff, and Nigerians committed HIGH TREASON by insulting and degrading King Charles, our rightful King. The people who engaged in that secession plot are still working around freely. If they can do as they like, then so can Aisha. Tit for Tat. Gbam!

You are a dunce. Go try this in North Korea and let's see how you will end up.

Idiot even quoting the authorities whom she was ridiculing. Did you know how many souls were lost and how the agencies fought for the country before the country can be one? An idiot is now tampering with the nations peace by ridiculing her anthem and an idiot like you didn't see anything bad in it? To hell with both of you

I see nothing wrong in what Aisha has done. If the Presidency and the National Assembly can make such non-chalant laws amidst the hardship of Nigerians. That's highly insensitive, irrelevant and nonsensical!

I think INEC will also be at liberty to flout electoral law in 2027 since everybody can disobey the law of the land. I hope many fools will not cry when the table turns for real

It was INEC that taught us to disobey the laws of land. No biggie

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Joe Igbokwe, has berated Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu, over ‘disrespect’ for the National Anthem.

A video making the rounds on social media shows Aisha Yesufu sitting while others stood during the recitation of the new anthem at an event.

Most guests at the event were visibly astonished by Aisha’s display, as seen in the video.

Aisha also shared a video clip of the moment on her handle with the caption, “Not my anthem.”

Reacting, Igbokwe, in a post via his Facebook page, said Aisha was exhibiting nonsensical behaviour.

According to him, Yesufu was causing damage to herself and her family by disrespecting the national anthem.

The best she would have done was to stand up during the rendition of the anthem but refuse to sing it to register her so called protest.

She's nothing but an attention-seeking lunatic in Hijab.
The only difference between her and Obi is that Obi the transgender is not wearing a Hijab in public. But you never know what that Agulu packaged fraudster is doing behind closed doors.

Lol, do you know the legal, social and political implications of her action? I am sure Aisha herself will change the language if DSS have to step into the matter.

King Charles is your king now ?

Pray tell, are you now English and at the same time Jewish ?

Confusion is an Obidient IPOB lout.

The British aided Nigeria to defeat Biafra. Immediately after the war, Nigeria quickly abandoned British right hand drive, abandoned the British pound, changed the political structure upon which Britain gave independence to Nigeria, changed the governance system and the independent national anthem.
All these betrayal of Britain's creation for Nigeria led to the present sick bed status of Nigeria.

A long time ago, anytime I walk past a primary school and they are singing the National Anthem, I would stop and sing with them until they finished.
People pointed and laughed at him. I didn't care
Then APC turned Nigeria around for worse and I stopped being patriotic.
Nigeria is not really a country. We are just managing and patching things up and pretending that it is a country.
So Aisha Yesufu is right.
This changing of National Anthem is absolute rubbish, carried out by people who don't really have regard for Nigeria and Nigerians.
