tensazangetsu20: I was in the Twitter space yesterday and the agent selling Finland as the best thing after slice bread was busy yapping you can work 30hrs per week. Saying this revelation from an insider means the matter no be as Dem talk am. |

lastkingsman: I just dey laugh them when they dey talk their nonsense. Aside the UK, other European countries are difficult as hell. The cheap European countries like Czech and Poland don't even give visas. People are at home for two, three years with no visa appointment. It's all easy until you put leg inside . Do you know what is 2 years of someone's life waiting for a visa. Let's say you started the process at 28. You will be 30. When you go finish school then come find job. Probably around 34 years 1 Like 1 Share |

tensazangetsu20: Finland is a double-edged sword. If you are covered by their social security system (known as Kela), then you are one of the luckiest humans on the planet. Kela is a comprehensive social security system, and one of the best, if not the best in the world. The system will take very good care of you in every stage of your life. Those who complain about Finland are non-EU citizens, or those who are not covered like visitors or students. But they didn't build their country for foreigners, but for themselves. So if you are out of their system, the country is so forking expensive, difficult, and you will pay your nose through every damn thing to get by. But if they consider you your own, then it's a way ride to heaven, and I mean that literally. Finland comes to mind when I think of a country built by masculine men. Locals for example don't pay tuition fees and pay thousands monthly just to go to school. Imagine that. 1 Like |

pansophist: Honestly me I don't need government assistance. All I need from a country is a stable economy, a stable government and good infrastructure. I will fight for the rest myself. I believe if I am in any country that has the 3 above I will be successful. That's my mindset. There's no perfect country Sha except the US that's my dream country but to me other countries are pretty much on the same level except African countries. Our own problem is on another level entirely. 5 Likes |

tensazangetsu20: Chile suppose give you that na. Finland gives all that, but my problem is their tiny population. Too small people to sell stuff too. And they have a huge landmass that makes logistics difficult. Germany is over 80M people, in the same landmass as Finland, so there are so many cities to expand to, and Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czech, Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, and Switzerland are neighbors. So too much customers full everywhere. I am a businessman, so I think in terms of market. I like population jare. 1 Like |

pansophist: Chile gives me all that o so I am good o and once I get the Chilean nationality, the passport gives me access to every country on earth. I don't like Europe but if I become Chilean I only need to live two years in Spain to acquire Spanish nationality which is an EU nationality on its own but moving from Chile to Europe is a very huge downgrade in my own opinion. Salaries here are even better than what you will get in Europe for the same role and since living here is cheaper the money goes much farther. 2 Likes |

tensazangetsu20: Goodluck man. The years young Africans waste trying to get another country's citizenship, before starting their life, is a loss to Africa. We should be building our homes and protecting our homeland. But Africa is defeated, under the tight chain of imperialism, hence, we are having this discussion. Unto say our ancestors messed up, they didn't develop and were defeated, then we are punished with mad women who now wants to see your account balance before going on a date. Black men don suffer 10 Likes |

pansophist: Truly, we have suffered a lot. I have been visiting places and in all, I am the only black person. It got me wondering why are there few black tourists and the answer is we no get money. We are just too poor. Even when one sees a black person(s), na African American. Black Africans are so few in these places even though I wager that we constitute the majority of black folks here. One might say but you are in East Asia, but I see Latinos and Arabs. It is a major reason I keep hampering on black men having fewer children. To dey born born everywhere is not a good thing in a rapidly changing economy and geopolitical world. See Sudan? That country is gone for good! 6 Likes |

Re: Finland Japa by oby333: 10:17am On Jun 02 |
I understand that the mail says January for application. My question is does it mean they will hold our transcript till January. I read in an article that there has been a lot of changes based on the new government introduction of application fee by 2025 and scrapping scholarships by 2024, that students are required to pay full tuition of their studies going forward. Please how true is this information. |
Re: Finland Japa by maak400: 11:29am On Jun 02 |
I just saw the email too. They should at least provide us with the Diploma certificate and official transcript they promised. It's been more than a year of rigorous study on their platform and to now close the whole thing without getting their certificate will be a waste of time. Hopes dashed just like that. It is well. @pansophist, LAB UAS is closing down the platform.
