Help: Got Defrauded Of N380,000 By A Gen Customer by Okeytus(m): 2:34pm On Jun 03 |
My younger brother was defrauded of N380,000 by a customer with name Barr Ajaebu on invoice, who bought power Generating set from him on 31/05/2024 in Aba, The customer did a transfer and left with the Gen after dropping his number(08166017425), the credit Alert hasn't been seen and since then, he is not responding to calls or replying texts, His number is currently switched off but seems active on whatsapp. Please any idea on how to track this Guy and get him to pay. Your help on this will be appreciated

If your bank is Gtbank they are having issue with debit and credited for some days now, the worst part you will be debited after sending and the reciever may not see alert .the bank are yet to say anything to customers very unfortunate Okeytus: |

Sorry to hear about this but I think if someone buys something at least above a certain threshold you should have asked for more forms of identification since there may be issues with the network or fraud rather than just the phone number he was allowed to drop. 1 Like |

Okeytus:Visit the nearest EFFC office and make your case. If you are able to show them prove, first the account will be blocked and it's phone number will be tracked. |
