Pastor Adebayo was openly critical of the Jonathan Goodluck government, saying the hardship is too much.

It's widely held he even joined a public protest.

Why has he become deaf and dumb in the face of this criminal jagaban government that was not elected but manipulatively selected and imposed on Nigeriand.

We are no longer in a democracy but a defacto dictatorship. There is no separation of powers and all government institutions totally compromised. We are effectively in a lawless society.

We now have the highest level of desperate poverty and deprivation ever known to Nigeriand since the country came into being.

People are literally dying of hunger, crime and insecurity are out of control.

And our criminal convicted drug dealing ID thief of a President had given us a great solution, change the national anthem.

Nice one!

As long as he calls on El-Shaddai for tithes and offerings for his financial needs. He cannot run to members for help and ask them to run to God when they need help.

But do you blame him? Blame the morons that subject themselves to his authority.

For him to claim he hates pastor Adeboye that is old enough to be his grandfather, he is a useless being that lacks respect for elders,
It shows you people don't have old people in your family or you are not well trained.

Hitler was a father and maybe a grandfather. Doesn’t make him a bastard.

We prayed for a president who would solve our problems to a good extent..

And this pastor said that God answered our prayers when Buhari became President.

He said the same about Tinubu too.

Which other PRAYERS again is he talking about??

Nigeria is going according to whatever God's plan is for Nigeria.
Do we still need to pray again?
So that God will change his plans for Nigeria??
Re: ‘Things Are Hard' - Pastor Adeboye Says by Yujin(m): 5:03am On Jun 04
Hypocrisy is the smiling face of hatred. A true man of God will never be found indulging in it. Pastor Enoch Adeboye has been found guilty in this area.

Let's go back 14 years ago, exactly on October 10, 2010. A news was published stating that the General Overseer of the Redeemed People's Church of God sent a petition to President Goodluck Jonathan that he was collecting signatures of his church members on a planned protest against the spate of kidnapping rampant in Nigeria at the time. It would interest you to know that Jonathan was just 5 months into the position as he was sworn in on the 6th of May, 2010 after Yar'adua was confirmed dead. One would have thought that more time could have been allowed for the new president to settle in and get a hang of the vagaries surrounding the job especially after the treatment he suffered from the notorious Turai's cabinet members. You will recall that the erstwhile president was sick and kept incommunicado with him thereby making him unaware and powerless to act as Nigeria journeyed without a president. Pastor Enoch Adeboye couldn't wait and it seemed prayers wasn't enough hence he opted to send that petition. Fast forward to Buhari's time, all Adeboye did was to pray and lament about the deplorable situation but never did he speak directly to Buhari or threatened to organize any protest against the degenerated condition of things in Nigeria. Even when 5 RCCG pastors were kidnapped in nearby Ogun state, Adeboye couldn't summon the courage to call for a protest. It was so shameful that Femi Fani Kayode- a chief sycophant had to call him out for his hypocrisy. He couldn't collect signatures anymore and 8 years went bye.
We are now in Tinubu's government and Pastor Adeboye is telling the populace suffering penury and extreme hunger to call out to God. One year of Emilokan's tenure has expired and the whole landscape is parched with the fauna dying of want yet the RCCG boss says it a few that are hungry. What else do we need to hear from him to confirm that he is a hypocrite?

Prof. Wole Soyinka is another of such big hypocrites. One year of Tinubu's tenure is gone yet we haven't seen any appraisal from Soyinka. He was on Jonathan's neck and even called the then first lady unprintable names but today he is silent. It's so shameful how hypocrisy can rubbish even people who are thought of being scholars. I'll dig up his own story soon.

There will be no problem. Nigerians deserve what they get.

Elections are consequential.

The austerity is not bad enough to deter Nigerians from being clannish and tribalist in their thinking when it comes to critizing Nigeria’s failed leadership.

This generation of Nigerians cannot be trusted to know what is good for them. It’s really bleak from my standpoint
