He could have called the Chairman personally. If he doing it in good faith. That's okay

You think that hasn't happened since 2018 when it was discovered?

Hmm...if what is alleged is true, this is fraud.

Very serious for Zenith bank, and a man of Mr Ovia's status.

He is even Chairman of Zenith. If the man is invited by the Police, his lawyers will have to do everything possible to ensure he is not detained.

Even an overnight detention, let a lone detention over 2 days, will likely result in him leaving his position as Chairman of the bank.

Anyway, this is Nigeria. Even if the Police parade and detain him, he might even become more popular and refuse to resign.

No doubt the CBN is watching this imbroglio from the sidelines.

Zenith Bank introduced corporate prostitution and other fraudulent practices into the Nigerian banking system. I know this fact because of my many years of experience with them

The bank’s foundation was built on fraud and corruption since its inception the early 90s. Therefore, I was not surprised when the rot in the CBN under Emefiele was revealed

You lots are so dumb, can’t you see that the account was dormant for years and top executives within Zenith bank were using his account for money laundering without his knowledge until another disgruntled employee blew the whistle

I cant believe this.
What happened to your Accountant?
What happened to Monthly Statement of accounts?
What happened to Monthly reconciliation of accounts?

Someone in Otedolaoffice must be coniving with the bank staff.

How can you have a bank account since 2011 and you dont know what goes on in it?

What of the external auditors?

What about annual returns to the internal revenue board,

As an acccountant i refuse to believe this, maybe their agreement has gone .

more revealations will come soon.

He has fought Dangote in the past, he even went ahead of insinuating or accusing him of poisoning him.

Today he went about following Dangote around, the same man accused of poisoning him... people like me no longer take him serious..

How is this possible? I can see Meristem in one of the Narration. Is it possible for such reputable names to credit your account if you didn't deal with them?

Does it mean your own accounts are not being audited for over 10yrs, how.come no one noticed it internally not even through SMS or mail. This is deep

That's why he's suing the bank. It means they have been using his account for criminal activities, probably money laundering, without his knowledge.
That whistle-blower don hammer from Otedola, while Otedola go hammer from Zenith Bank thru legal action.
