That's the thing. I remember when two policemen stormed into my car simply because i i was on the 'STOP' line when the traffic light turned red. Meanwhile there were several other vehicles on that same spot but they picked me to extort. When I asked them why they didn't arrest others, the one with rotten teeth said, "we don arrest you so make you go arrest them".

the first training they give police is detect who has money to give just by looking at the person's face. Dem just they choose offenders that have money to settle.
