They should focus on their resources then. Every state in the nation has multiple resources. Tap on the most populous first; labour. Any monthly wage lower than 120,000 Naira means these leaders want poverty-riddled citizens who they’ll employ for dirty deeds. 101 Likes 4 Shares |

The allocations they have been collecting over the years, what are they using it for. These people are truly crazy. The want to corner everything for their personal use. Thunder with brimstone will surely fire them all. 61 Likes 5 Shares |

The governors are the most useless, lazy and evil set of politician. See the way they controlled local government and put under their armpit. All thanks to Obasanjo in 2003 when he wanted to win re-election. 172 Likes 2 Shares |

Me looking for how to generate 120k monthly to pay my cook and cleaner since it affects also private sector. If politicians were serious in the past, developing their states in every sector and creating wealth, what is 60k that least employed person can't get? Now all of us done enter the wahala. 17 Likes |

One new hustle is the auto repair space. A lot of Nigerians suffer fraud & abuse at the hands of mechanics due to their busy schedules. For a N10k-N15k daily fee, you can accompany a vehicle to the mechanic as an advisor to block any fraudulent jobs. That should not stop the federal government from paying nothing less than N100k. Let each state government define what their state economy can support, while the private sector also align with their state minimum wage. That Peter works in Coca-Cola in Lagos while Andrew plays the same role for Coca-Cola in Ekiti, does not mean they must earn the same pay. The cost of living is not identical. 23 Likes 2 Shares |

Just imagine I keep saying it, 80% of our problems in Nigeria are the governors. They said "nothing left for development purposes" as if they are doing any development. We are talking of 150k and they are shouting 60k won't fly Ngwanu... let's see how it goes. 36 Likes 4 Shares |
Re: Governors Reject N60,000 Minimum Wage by datola: 6:25pm On Jun 07 |
Hmmm... The governors might have a point but the fact is that they have too much money to waste on useless things. I think they should pay without increasing their devilish taxes/rates, VAT, etc. Edo is now paying N70,000 as minimum wage. And Edo no be Lagos o! Or Obaseki just wants to us that to win election. 15 Likes 2 Shares |

It will not be well with all the governors that rejected it. They are the real enemy of the citizens in the country, na only elections time them dey remember the citizens and started making fake promises, Edo state governor is paying 70k already and the other useless ones are rejecting 60k. I say it again it will never be well with any useless governor that will reject the new minimum wage in this country. The governors is our main problem in this country 9 Likes |
