I don't know if I am the only one, but all the times I have seen Onuachu play for Nigeria, he has never impressed me... And for some very weird reasons, these clowns keep calling him. Has he been dishing out brown envelopes?
You are on point.
The guy cant play competitive football. in the absence of oshimen even with oshimen, play Awoniyi together, then play decent finisher like lookman behind them.

Nigeria Eagles playing entertaining or fancy game... Who entertaining game help??

I trust Cameroon, they will jam-body you just to WIn-ticket to World cup...

But Nigeria will be playing butty football...

Forget about foreign Naija players, use the Nigeria Home Based players and get results (win).
Simple!

I said it and it happened. Nigeria is not ready for the world cup. They can't qualify. How do they even want to beat South Africa in the return fixture? May God have mercy on this country. Nothing works here

Where is Ola Aina, and Troose Ekong?

Why were these two critical defenders missing in this critical match?

You don't change winning squad as such especially the defense. Finidi should have known this.

South African goal was scored as a result of defensive lapses and poor coordination, which Troose Ekong is good at doing.

Again where is Moses Simon? Every coach want to show that he has his own squad.

Someone should tell finidi that super Eagles is not a team for trial and error oo.

Why put that tall lazy stricker called Anuachu in a must win match?

South Africa national team has actually improved a lot over the last two years. In addition, South Africa often take games with Nigeria extra serious.

Nigeria hasn't won South Africa in a qualifying match in almost a decade.

And this is Finidi first competitive game in charge and they team were unlucky not to have won.

I will say we wait till the Benin game before we judge the coach and the team.
if a forigen coach was invharge would u had said this ? South Africans had more chances to kill d game if u ask me

The opposition will always get chances with the attacking style we now play post-Peseiro.

So we are banking on finishing more of our chances than they do of theirs, since on paper, we have the better strikers.

But our strikers are not performing! That's the problem!

If Onuachi played then I'm not surprised at the result. He has never made any positive impact on the team. So why the choice of him? He is better to play friendly matches until he finds his feet on the field.

You're right!

If not for corruption, I keep saying we would have left African teams behind tey tey and be competing with the whites by now.

Within 10mins, see how Moffi was charging at the SA defence line.

We know the right thing, but we're not ready to do it because of that cancer called CORRUPTION.

Taking that game to Uyo was wrong. Nigeria never beat South Africa there. We are lucky to come away with a draw. They must now beat Benin Republic or forget about the world cup.3 games with 3 points. Thats a mess

. Going where? No be oyinbo coach lost to South Africa in 2017. You should remember any time we play South Africa they play us to measure the strength of their team. They don't mind loosing to Tigo Rwanda but to Nigeria ,their life depends on it.

Don't mind them. After next week's game, Nigeria will top the group. Lesotho started the campaign well, but I don't see maintaining it.

KINDLY SHUT YOUR TRAP.

Onuachu was selected based on CURRENT FORM, where he has been scoring freely at his club.

He obviously impressed in training, unlike Boniface.

Just because a player you don't like was selected by a NIGERIAN COACH does not mean the NIGERIAN COACH was bribed to play him.

You DAMN IDIOTS.

Oga, how is 5 points ahead of Nigeria? Please fear God. There are only 2 points that Nigeria will erase next week. Just watch and see!

At this point, the group is open to any country to qualify.

God bless my bro! Exactly, super eagles at this time should'nt be a trial and error team! Just the reason why he had a clash with ademola lookman after the match they played against mali when he change the winning team. Troos ekong told him even grant interviews and was on tabloids that he is so fit to play and that finidi should include him! But finidi prefer our slow in pace best df-midfielder ndidi in troos ekong position, sit a current reigning striker for a benched n goal scarced bamboo striker! Looolx.
finidi for now is a joke,he should strategies now be it is too late.

Under FInidi George, this Super Eagles team will qualify for the World Cup.

Guaranteed.

I saw that team play some good football today.

They have what it takes.

One more thing. We need to update the way we look at SOUTH AFRICA, ie Bafana Bafana.

That team is not the Bafana Bafana of yesterday, that we used to thrash comfortably, 3-0. 4-1, etc.

They have improved tremendously, and their FIFA ranking doesn't do them justice.

I saw them at the Nations Cup.

That team is a good team.

Very dangerous, cunning side.

They play like a clubside. They all know where each other should be and is, at any moment in time.

They are the best players of their country playing within their country, mostly in the top three clubs, and know each other's game inside out.

We even did well to draw with them, playing without Osimhen.

I think the game was a very fair one. The only way sue we have is our defense which can be corrected fast enough before the return leg. Let’s appreciate our boys.

Cos the Iwobi that played against South Africa had a excellent game, infact let’s take away the wayward shots he had, he was by far the only creative spark in that team,,followed by lookman.

Y’all should blame moffi for that useless dribble he attempted
