People are more resilient and tolerant in first marriages than in second . Also most people don take accountability of their own faults in the marriage and end up not address them personally . They carry those behaviors into the next marriage coupled with low tolerance and divorce “experience” .

Asides from the stats, this particular case don't look good. The time period is quite short for restrospecting and learning. This is quite evident in his decision making.
