Good morning all. I have an iPhone 12 pro. The sound quality is very low. When I receive a call, you can hardly hear the person talking to you, I always have to put it on loudspeaker to be able to hear what the other person is saying. Is this a hardware or software issue?

That's a hardware issue. Assuming you have turned the earpiece volume up during the call and he issue still exists.
