Omo na so guys they draw ✍️ formation up and down

As if them be prime guardiola

No matter how good your formation is if the players don’t have the ability to execute it

Otilo they’ll fall like dominoes
Coaching no easy oo. Fact is that those EPL and other league coaches have an advantage cos they do it time after time every week

How can they leave when they weren't even born in the country?

Do you expect the Italian FA to go after every Argentina player of Italian ancestry?

Do you expect the Dutch FA to go after Belgian player of Dutch ancestry?

Should the Portugese FA hunt down Brazilian players with significant Portugese roots?
You’re comparing colonizers playing for their new colonial countries to Africans playing for their colonizers. Native Brazilians rarely play for a different country. I don’t know one top Portuguese player that is Brazilian descent

Guys relax! After all, world champions like Italy have missed the world cup twice in a row now also.
Nothing dey there. If we miss out, we miss out. Make Lesotho kukuma go WC.

What did you say? “Inferior” Ghana? You need help. Ghana will never be “inferior” to Nigeria.

eddie7:
NFF keeps on doing the same thing every time and expect different results. Gernot Rohr built a formidable team that even beat Argentina and drew with Brazil only for NFF to play politics and remove him and bring Eguavoen from NFF backyard and gave him original white shirt to wear, we missed out of the world cup to an inferior Ghana at that time.
Again , Jose Poseiro built another team that surprisingly reached the final of AFCON, only for NFF to bring Finidi George with no Superior football philosophy and polish him the way politicians polished bad leaders before presenting them to the common man. Today we have seen the starting. The players only played what they individually knew. If we don't bring in a well trained foreign coach, Nigeria may not go to the next world cup.

Just like how you must first learn ABC and 123

All players must learn one basic thing no matter what league or coach you’re playing under

You see a player with vision

Which is CAM we haven’t hard that kind of player for about 20 years now and we’ve not think of another to bypass that shortcoming just jam body and inshalah

Now imagine Rohr and Peseiro were black and Nigeria was a white country(let's say England). The story that would have been passed around is that those coaches were removed because of their skin colour. Of course, the story is different now because the coaches are white and the country is black.

If we can’t win today let’s use our home based for the remains games and save some forex

The other teams in the group will be dumb to let their advantage slide

Anyone pointing at the players alone and exempting Finidi George is being very dishonest and avoiding the obvious.

This is Finidi's Super Eagles now. So this is his doing. If it was Amunike, I am pretty sure almost no one would be talking about the players but the coach.

This is Finidi in full display.

Say what you want about Tanimu being decent but let us be serious, he has no business in the starting XI as well.

Lol. Everybody getting emotional here. But the truth remains that non of these local coaches can take us to where we should be.

NFF dey gba but na this finidi gba pass. Just watched his post match interview and all I can say is , we better go warm eba chop.

I'm curious and waiting to see how this poor SE team will score two goals in less than 15 minutes to full time.

Al-hazzan in for Ndidi.

We should expect two late goal in the 80 minutes

These players don't seem like they know what is at stake. You want to win but you keep playing back passes and misplacing passes here and there. Onuachu getting callups in 2024 is amusing

The same man, who despite all odds and a lot of criticism from Nigerians, surprised everyone and took Nigeria to the final of the just concluded AFCON(something that a lot of local coaches have failed to do in a long time). That same guy.

That’s not the problem in terms of position they’re all shite

They’re just moving for the sake of movement

If we were to play like this against South Africa we would have lost with at least 4 goals
