House34: My bro/sis, you nailed it. I serve my kids 3 to 5 servings of fruit each day according to Canada food guide. Fruits in a week cost me $60 to $100 a week. Then add snacks and proteins. Groceries are damn expensive. I complain to my husband everyday. My advise, come prepared if you are coming with family. I agree with you that $1700 will rent you a rural apartment in most of the bigger province but may get you a 3 bedroom in a smaller province. 3 Likes |

Canfulfilment:By the time you calculate 60 and 100$ fruits expenses in a space of a year it will run in thousands.. Lol I spent 6000$ dollars on enfamil concentrate baby formula for two infants 🚼 in a space of 11 months! 71 dollars each twice a week for 140 dollars! Upto 6000cad in 11 months.. I had stubborn sore throat last week, visit a clinic and doctor prescribed 20 pieces of antibiotics for 54$ directed and picked up at pharmacy near clinic, if not that I have province health card , I would have spent additional 45 dollars for consultation making a total of 99 dollars. Apartment is cheaper is some places in canada search in grande praire and edmonton and other small province..you will surprised for 3 bedroom apartment! 1 Like

Hello everyone, I recently booked an appointment for Immigration Medical Examination at IOM MHAC Lagos, Nigeria. However, my appointment status is showing as cancelled and I'm unsure how to proceed with payment. Can anyone please guide me on what steps I should take next? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

sakieja: No. You need to add everything, that will give you the total cost. 1 Like |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by flowmama: 3:41am On Jun 11 |
sakieja: The amounts stand alone. You'll pay those separately. However, have you read their terms of acceptance? No 3 that you must show proof of visa approval by 31st of July 2024. Else what? Think twice óò cos everything (visa approval) is under probability. Good luck 1 Like |

sakieja:Your tuition fees is :9,963 dollars for 1 year program! Your are required to pay 4,088 dollars out of the tuition fee of 9,963 dollars by 21 June 2024... Out of 4,088 dollars you are required to pay by 21 june , 1,500 dollars is a non refundable deposit. Health and dental insurance is 550 dollars ,if you opt for health and dental insurance with the college when school start date this amount will be added to your tuition fees and a compulsory fee of 583 dollars will be added together! Tuition fee +health and dental +compulsory fee+ books+living expenses(20635) + other expenses ,this is your total budget for this program! For Ircc you are required to show; Tuition fees + living expenses! Good day |

Here is the corrected version of your text: --- Please, I’m here to make many inquiries. First of all, I have been building my account for over two years. I registered a business two years ago, I have a tax clearance receipt, and I also have landed properties which I added to my application. I paid the first-year tuition fee, which is $18,638. I had more than $26,216 USD. I also had about 4 million Naira in my account. It’s not that I couldn’t do this myself, but I needed someone who has gone through the process before. I contacted Justmellow on GCMS Writers. I paid him part of the money, and I started sourcing documents. After all the documents were gathered, he said he wouldn’t submit them until I paid him, which I did. Mind you, I trade kitchenware and also do crypto on the side. I didn’t have enough documentation to back up my kitchenware business, so he said he was going to help with that. I gathered all my documents, including medicals, biometrics, and landed property (I had two, but I sold one and added the money to it, according to the story). The first time, he submitted without checking if attestation was needed, and my application was withdrawn. He said he wanted to run my Naira account with over 7-10 million, as if money grows on trees. I was able to at least make it 3.something million, and he submitted again, but I was denied. My admission is for September, and he said he wants me to defer the admission so I can run my account with steady inflows and outflows. I got so many inflows before converting the money from Naira to dollars. I suffered as I changed dollars when it was 1560 Naira per dollar. I lost a lot of money only for him to come back and tell me this. He has refused to show me the full SOP, including the financial part, so we can do it together. He keeps telling me there’s no problem. Mind you, I don’t owe this guy a dime; I’ve paid him all his money. He even asked that I pay the visa fee again, which I paid. What can I do? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by macsilver(m): 10:56am On Jun 11 |
How did you calculate your Funds to be sure the stated amount is sufficient? Putting in mind that you can never really have too much, I always advise people to ensure they have (not just enough but more than) enough money to prove beyond reasonable doubts that they are financially able to fend for themselves. Let's assume you actually did your calculations right, I would assume the response is as a result of a generalized response. Let's wait for the GCMS note to show the primary reason you were rejected, then you can know how to strategize. Worry less about the re submission for now. Worry more about fixing the reason for rejection and getting that fixed before re-submitting. Tobi0729: 1 Like |

Good day all. Pls has anyone travelled to other countries that Canadian visa permits and returned to canada within days without being questioned at the airport? I intend to visit Canada and stay for 4 weeks but during my stay I also want to visit Mexico (since the visa permits travel to the country) and spend 5days. Will I be able to go back into Canada and complete my vacation without being asked why I left and returned in just 5days? |

Kambelu: Yes with your Canada visit visa, you can visit Mexico and return back to Canada as long as you still have a valid Canada visit visa which is a multiple entry visa. It's legally allowed just have evidence of your activities in Mexico just incase you are asked at the point of reentry into Canada. You will be fine |

BillQ: Hello BillQ, I shouldn't have responded to this, but my attention was brought to this post by some individuals here (monikers withheld). There are screenshots of all correspondence via WhatsApp texting where series of advice was issued to this person who has created more than one Nairaland account to lay out concerns that resembles the defamation of character. You cannot secure a service and don't listen to advice and counselling regarding how to present your POF and run your account. Since you decided to draw public sympathy through a medium that directly defames my character and belittles my professionalism, and since you say your account has steady inflows, I urge you to send your account statement to any regular contributor(s) here for review. True, you paid your full fees of about $18k and have about $26k as a sitting balance, the question is does your bank account inflows show continuous and gradual inflows that accumulated to the sitting bank bakance?! Your case of paying the fees and having a huge sitting bank balance without historical inflows is the same as having continuous inflows that doesn't accumulate to a sufficient sitting bank balance. Those (individuals and agencies) from NL who have worked with me understand the level of professionalism I put into my craft. I don't take this type of belittling act lightly, especially from someone who don't listen. I will emphatically say to you that this was not the best way for you to handle this because you painted a belittling image for the NL forum to run with, especially when your GCMS notes have been requested and advice on how to (re-)present your funds given to you extensively. True, you paid for the service but it is not a ground to belittle me, my character, and my professionalism on this NL ground after extensive behind-the-scenes correspondences on the way forward transparently. I understand that a refusal is devastating but it doesn't warrant this behaviour from you when full attention, response, and advice to all your private queries are given almost immediately. Now you have the NL sympathy and I hope you are satisfied. What next?! Finally, this is my advice to you, anybody you intend to work with in the future (or not), try to always pay detailed attention and listen to every bit. Don't claim to know when you are assuming. Publicly, this is to say to you that I will not work with you again or respond to your private messages since you are trying to leverage online blackmail to burn my expertise to ashes and to get sympathy when you are not a victim of anything that warrants this childish act. Money does not grow on trees but advising you to run your account sufficiently to have regular and/or continuous inflows that amount to a huge closing bank balance is a priceless information for your good and the best for your application. Lastly, a refused application doesn't mean it won't be approved if the needed was done. My best of luck to you and the next person you will work with, or not. I will maintain professionalism and not reply to any matter related to this distracting and derailing subject again. I hope you get the advice you need. Appreciation: For all those who have continued to patronize GCMSWriters on IG for SOP/LOE writing and vetting, GCMS notes request, admission processing, and visa/permit application handling and guide/advise assistance; I say thank you and please, don't stop the patronage and continued referrals.
